Buena estancia en Agaete
Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, comodidad apartamento, atención del propietarios. La ubicación es buena, para ir caminando al puerto de las nieves a comer y pasear.
Aspectos negativos: El sofá un poco duro.

Alojamiento perfecto para vacaciones tranquilas
Aspectos positivos: La tranquilidad de la urbanización, el patio ideal para relajarse, cerca del puerto, fácil aparcamiento, supermercado y zona de restaurantes cerca. La cama cómoda y el apartamento es amplio perfecto para dos. Fredy es muy atento y está disponible para cualquier cosa que se pueda necesitar.

Carnaval y relax en Agaete
Aspectos positivos: Buena atención por parte del dueño, está siempre pendiente si necesitas algo y responde enseguida. Muy buena ubicación, justo entre el pueblo y el puerto, y hay caminos al lado para hacer senderismo.
Aspectos negativos: Lo único no tan positivo es que se les escucha a los vecinos de abajo, pero son momentos, no es significativo.

Maravilloso
Aspectos positivos: La amabilidad y comunicación con el propietario,limpieza del piso y buena hubicacion tanto como ir al puerto de agaete y para ir al pueblo,la tranquilidad que hay en esa zona.
Aspectos negativos: Por decir algo que en la hora de la comida hubieran moscas molestas,si las ventanas tuvieran mosquiteras seria perfecto.

Super recomendable
Aspectos positivos: La facilidad para recoger las llaves, la comunicación tan fácil con el propietario y el detalle de encontrar una botella de agua fría en el frigorífico.
Aspectos negativos: El vecino de abajo vino en cuanto nos vió llegar a decirnos (de muy malas formas) que no hiciesemos ruido.

Aspectos positivos: Brilliant apartment - great location for going to the beach and also hiking. Really good transport connections if you don't have a car. The kitchen was also really well equipped. The outside area is fantastic for dinner or hanging out. Great stay.

Great stay for a great price!
Aspectos positivos: Great stay. The apartment is lovely and clean. Location is great. Walking distance from the port and centre of town but also close to the highway. The owner is very helpful and hospitable. We had a great time, would recommend!

Aspectos positivos: Super cozy apartment with everything you need. Good location and supermarket behind a corner. It really exceeded our expectations. Alfredo is an amazing host.
Aspectos negativos: As a few comments mention (and Alfredo informed us in advance), there is a neighbour who likes to complain about noise from the apartment. It's funny that the neighbour mentioned times, we apparently were loud, in which we were not even in the apartment 🙂 I guess he does it out of habit, so do not make it to ruin your stay!

Aspectos positivos: Location was great - walkable to a supermarket, the town, the beach, restaurants, easy to park (the side of the road), fairly quiet area (residential). Plenty of room and lots of storage space in the bedroom, the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. Alfredo was very helpful and provided lots of information.
Aspectos negativos: There was no A/C in the bedroom and we were there in a heatwave so not ideal! We used the sofa bed in the living area so we could benefit from the A/C in there and get some sleep. There was a freestanding fan in the bedroom but in those temperatures it wasn't enough!
