Todo correcto.

Aspectos positivos: No hay desayuno. La ubicación es buena y mala. Mala porque está lejos de todo. Buena porque el coche se aparca bien.

Aspectos negativos: No tengo quejas reseñables. Mi habitación para mí solo, ha sido correcta. Si fuese para dos sería un poco justa, pero parece ser que es la habitación más pequeña de la casa (y la más económica). El lavabo es correcto y limpio. La cocina la usé muy poco, pero es correcta y limpia. Lo mismo de la lavadora.

Aspectos positivos: Very nice location, easy access and spacious clean room. I arrived very late but the owner was kind enough to keep in touch (this was my first time in Gran Canaria) so I could settle in nicely. Great sleep after a very long day travelling

Aspectos positivos: Enjoyed my stay here. Very clean, quiet location but can walk to centre in 10 mins. Great communication with the host via whatsapp. Arguineguín not as touristy as Puerto Mogan or Maspalomas which was nice.

Aspectos negativos: Internet a bit slow from my room on second floor.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Aspectos positivos: Seldom have I seen a similar place for rent so well organized. The first I noticed when entering was that it looked brand new, and very clean. The house, ChrisOasis, with its several rooms for rent, is a great place to stay. It has a very good system for safety and security, with good, detailed and clear instructions and information to guests, important in making the stay a relaxed and pleasant one. The room I had, had everything I needed, and more, with many smart solutions and gadgets, such as an IKEA shelf and wardrobe system, utilizing the available space to a maximum. The location was perfect to me, close to grocery stores/ Supermarkets, the Calisthenics Park, and with an easy and pleasant walk of about a kilometer on a well-kept walkway straight down to the nice beach promenade and three town center beaches. Christian, the owner/manager, was very helpful and accommodating to any request one might have. I'll be back!

Aspectos positivos: The property is comfortable and in an excellent location, away from the chaos of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, but close to all the most beautiful beaches on the island. Chris is a scrupulous but very helpful Host. Complete with all the comforts I can need in an apartment. Above all, the value for money is worth it!

Aspectos positivos: Clean and tidy and very good information from host Christian. Kitchen is fully Equipt exept dishwasher that is broken. Bedroom and bath very good. I was surprised over that good hosting and very good Price for a week at ChrisOasis 😊🤩

Aspectos positivos: Our stay here was wonderful with a private bathroom attached to our bedroom (En Suite). For us it was worth to pay a bit extra. Even if the host was here (there is other private bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms apart from our private bathroom and bedroom) it was very private and calm. I wanted to play padeltennis and Christian set me up with a court very close to the house where it is a gym, group training and indoor swimming pool which my partner enjoyed. It takes about 15 minutes to take a walk down to the central beach but we rented 2 of Christians mountain bikes which made it easy and quick to come to the padel courts and beach.

Aspectos negativos: Its simple ackommodations but at a really nice price.

Nice host, nice room, great stay

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Just a short easy walk into town and the beach (10 minutes) In my room I had a ceiling fan which provided a pleasant and cooling breeze. I rented the room where I got two bathrooms (shared). Great Wi-Fi and Christian has a very good security system in the house that brings good quality to guests in the house. I felt very safe. The property is in a quiet area, the neighbourhood is charming and gave me a feel of the local life! The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Everywhere you can go by walk, to small shop very near the house, to big shops little more down the street. There where also the possibility to rent a bicycle from the host for cheap money. I would love to come back.
