Aspectos positivos: The location and the beautiful view. The studio apartment had all that you need.

Aspectos negativos: Not a dislike, just a suggestion. Small foldable beach chairs would be a great addition for guests to enjoy the beach.

Excellent location. Lovley to revisit parts of beautiful Gran Canaria and walk in the mountains.

Aspectos positivos: Christian very friendly and prompt to respond to any queries. Location of property excellent. Lovely to be able to swim early morning and be in shower 2 mins later!

Would love to come back

Aspectos positivos: It is right in front of a small beach, the beach is not popular as the other beaches but it is less crowded and more chilled. The apartment has a small but sufficient kitchen. Close to bus stop ~5 mins walking. Bed and pillows are great Photo is the view from the window

On the Beach, and quiet.

Aspectos positivos: Very close to the beach, beautiful view, and at the same time nice and peaceful. Christian is a great host, who helped us out as soon as we had any issue. We would love to stay here again😊.

Aspectos negativos: The kitchenette is OK for very simple cooking, but no more. Eggs and bacon, but not pizza og anything overcooked.

Great apartment

Aspectos positivos: Great little apartment. Perfect location. Easy check in and good information from the host. Nice restaurants nearby. No air con which might be an issue if you book in the summer but it wasn't a problem for us.

Tolle Lage und zweckmäßige Wohnung

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen und das Hauptmerkmal der Wohnung. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür. Sie ist ausreichend zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Aspectos negativos: Hier und da könnten neue Gegenstände angeschafft werden, vieles ist sehr stark abgenutzt und kaputt. Die ganze Küche hat geklebt. Die Matratze war unglaublich weich und man wird bei jeder kleinen Bewegung des anderen wach. Für Personen mit Rückenbeschwerden nicht geeignet. Das sind aber persönliche Präferenzen. Für unsere kurze Zeit hat es gereicht.

Mooi uitzicht, ruim appartement direct aan boulevard en strand

Aspectos positivos: Vriendelijke host, die al op ons stond te wachten bij aankomst, vlot contact via WhatsApp, strand en boulevard met restaurants direct voor de deur en met de lift bereikbaar

Aspectos negativos: Alles was prima in orde en schoon, maar als tip zou ik adviseren een nieuw douchegordijn aan te schaffen

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Stand war super. Die Wohnung selber hatte die nötige Ausstattung und war sauber. Der Gastgeber war einfach zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Wir können uns definitiv vorstellen wiederzukommen!

Perfectly located, wonderfully clean, and an unforgettable stay by the sea.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was spotless and very well located. Everything was within easy reach, making it effortless to explore the area. Waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the sea was absolutely priceless. The view and proximity to the beach made the whole experience feel special.

Aspectos negativos: The beach right in front of the property is more suited for families with small children, which wasn’t ideal for us. However, this didn’t take away from the overall convenience and beauty of the location.
