Lovely modern apartment with a view

Aspectos positivos: Very nice apartment, nothing lacking. Beautifully outfitted with excellent beds and a lovely view. It's not big but it has everything anyone could want, and the balcony was so nice . Very gracious host too.

Aspectos negativos: The road noise was unexpected and a bit of a bad surprise. The coastal highway runs right underneath the complex. Not so much that we couldn't sleep but still annoying.

Nice equipped apartment for a small family stay

Aspectos positivos: The place is within walking distance from the beach with lots of free parking available. There is a swimming pool which is cold in winter though. The apartment is not big, but clean and cute and with what is needed for a vacation, The bed was comfortable and, though the walls are not super soundproof, it's a quiet area generally and people who were enjoying the apartments around were mainly older generation, so it was quiet. There are quite a bit of restaurants around, as well as grocery and ice-cream. The only thing that was missing was a coffee machine for capsules, for example. Also, keep in mind that the stairs that lead to the apartment are not easy, so not stroller-friendly at all. Our child was happy to climb it though.

Appartement 2 vraies chambres et terrasse vue mer

Aspectos positivos: Appartement très bien équipé, surtout la cuisine, il y a tout ce qu’il faut ! Il y a deux vraies chambres, séparées par la salle de bain. La terrasse et le logement sont agréables et les volumes sont confortables pour 4 personnes. La piscine est propre et peu fréquentée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Arguineguin!

Aspectos negativos: Pour nous, les matelas étaient trop fermes malgré un équipement de qualité. Les rideaux ne suffisent pas pour obscurcir totalement le logement .

Aspectos positivos: Het is een mooi, gezellig appartement dat met veel liefde werd ingericht. Licht en met zicht op zee. Heerlijk om helemaal te ontspannen. Het gemeenschappelijke zwembad is groot genoeg en goed onderhouden.

I would love to stay again, but hopefully wouldn’t encounter the same problems that we had

Aspectos positivos: I loved the location, easy to walk everywhere. I also loved the pool, hardly anyone lay at the pool when we were there in February! The beds were comfortable, good balcony with lovely view! Lovely kitchen/living/dining area.

Aspectos negativos: When we arrived the key wasn’t where we were told it was! The management were on holiday & have us another persons number to use in an emergency so we had to contact them or we would have had to sleep somewhere else that night. It took a while to get through, then we had to wait for them to come with a key. Apparently the previous tenants didn’t leave key where they were supposed to for us. Once in though we loved the apartment! One more problem occurred, the sink in the bathroom kept getting blocked from our first/second day. I informed management as they were then back from their holiday. I said we were using the kitchen sink. They just thanked me for letting them know, but didn’t offer to get it fixed during our stay.

Supert sted. Vi kommer tilbake.

Aspectos positivos: Perfekt beliggenhet. Kort veil til byen og stranda. Deilig å kunne spise frokost i sola ved inngangen. Fin balkong for ettermiddagen. Leiligheten er komplett utstyrt også med vaskemaskin. Alt du trenger er der.

Aspectos negativos: Litt knirking i dørene.
