Great, comfortable and cosy appartment, with traffic noise during the night

Aspectos positivos: The appartment is brand new and very comfortable. Good shower and bathroom, very good quality of the double bed. Ideal for 2 people. Underground car parking available, but one can also park in front of the building. A nice extra is the sun-roof terrace on top of the building. The city center, restaurants, beaches and supermarket is within walking distance. Arguineguín on itself is a sympathetic small town and is much more authentic than the surrounding 'tourist hotspots' such as Playa del Inglès or Puerto Rico. The owner is very kind: we had a misunderstanding about the time of arrival, but this was solved with a lot of friendliness

Aspectos negativos: If you are not a very good sleeper, bring ear protection !! The appartment is a one-piece living room + kitchen/bedroom lay-out, and is situated on the street side of the building. The street (GC-500) leads to the motorway and is very busy, and there is a lot of traffic day and night
