Bonito apartamento en zona tranquila

Aspectos positivos: Nuevito, hubicacion, limpio y muy tranquilo, nada de ruidos.

Aspectos negativos: Wifi “escondido” abajo en la entrada (no lo vi’ al llegar) y pregunte’ si no habia red aun ni contestaron. Faltas de detalles en el apartamento y disposicion/calidad tele/sofa’ mejorable.

Contenta con la estancia.

Aspectos positivos: La tranquilidad del pueblo, la comodidad y limpieza del apartamento. (Apartamento muy bonito)

Aspectos negativos: Tercer piso, sin ascensor.

Aspectos positivos: Me sorprendió la ubicación, no cónocia lo que es playa de Arinaga y me encanto tener un bonito paseo y con una buena restauración

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location, top floor apartment with balcony, could hear the sea and indirect sea view, everything we needed was provided Good water pressure & washer dryer available on top floor Excellent ceiling fan in bedroom

Aspectos negativos: Wi-Fi was available and we used it, but a weak signal on top floor. Lights at night from Indoor court yard from the 2 apartments below would light up the bedroom.

Aspectos positivos: Lokacija ob obali, udoben apartma za dva. Na posebno zahtevo je bil dostavljen grelnik prostora.

Aspectos negativos: Ozke stopnice v drugo etažo. V tem obdobju je možnost večje blage v zraku in bi bila klima zelo dobrodošla.

Freundliche helle Wohnung

Aspectos positivos: Wir waren im 3ten Stock mit kleinem Balkon. Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Wohnung war hell, freundlich und ruhig. Das WiFi funktionierte zu Beginn nicht. Die Vermieterin reagierte sofort.

Aspectos negativos: Die Küchenarbeitsplatte ist abgewöhnt. Die Küchenutensilien waren nicht sehr sauber und wenig , z..B keine kleine Löffel. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer geht zum kleinen Innenhof wenn die Gäste unten das Fenster öffnen hört man jeder Wort.

Sufficient for week stay

Aspectos positivos: Great location nearby to shops, beach, airport. Enough space for 3 people, Balcony with side sea view. Washing machine and drying machine available. Sufficient accomodation for week long stay. Easy to find parking spot in nearby streets. For the price it was really good deal. Owner promptly reacted to reported issues.

Aspectos negativos: Bathroom entrance through the bedroom. Missing basic kitchen equipment for 3 people (just 2 spoons, 1 coffee cup, only 2 glasses...). No kettle for hot water, no oven - only microwave, no furniture on balcony, washing machine shared with other apartments, poor wifi quality (keeps disconnecting all the time), uncomfortable sofa bed in living room. Noisy neighbors from lower apartment, could hear them every night and morning through weird window in the bedroom/kitchen. Tiny ants around waste bin.
