Aspectos positivos: El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, tiene vistas al mar, estaba muy limpio, era cómodo y estaba muy bien equipado. Además fueron muy agradables con nosotros preocupándose en todo momento de si estábamos cómodos.
Aspectos negativos: Lo único a mejorar sería que el aire acondicionado funcionase, pero abriendo las ventanas se estaba bien

Aspectos positivos: Todo en general, el apartamento muy bien equipado no falta ningún detalle. La anfitriona super atenta. La ubicación no puede ser mejor cerca de la avenida y la playa. Zona muy tranquila . Recomendable 100%

Amazing! Ocean view from the window. Wonderful apartment!
Aspectos positivos: A wonderful apartment. The location is perfect. The ocean is visible right outside the window. The sunrise is a beautiful spectacle, as the sun's rays beautifully stream into the apartment. Below the apartment is a promenade, perfect for strolling in beautiful surroundings. Swimming in the ocean right outside the window! Palm trees, beach, ocean. Trash cans are placed under the living room window. In fact, the garbage truck crew comes to empty them daily, and you can barely hear the sounds. This wasn't a problem for us. The washing machine is at the very top of the building allowing for a wonderful view of the ocean from above. We collected our keys from a locker but the owner is a very kind person. He always responded promptly to every WhatsApp message we sent. This apartment fulfilled our dream of celebrating our daughter's first birthday by the ocean <3 If we return to Arinaga it'll be only to this apartment! AMAZING! :)

Aspectos positivos: Quiet and lovely place to relax!!! It’s close to the ocean. Plenty amenities around (restaurants, Shops, public transport)

Aspectos positivos: The value is awrsome. Apartment is right on the beachfront and offers everything we needed for two weeks stay (family with 2 kids, 2 and 7 years old. The city of arrinaga is calm and authentic with mostly locals and no tourists. Some might find little disturbing trash bins right in front of living room windows, which are collected every morning, but it was no issue for us.

Lovely and clean apartment with the best location.
Aspectos positivos: That was the best property I’ve ever had. Lovely location next to the promenade and ocean. Quiet area, beautiful views and nature around. The easiest check in and check out in my experience. Really openminded and friendly host who quickly respond to us during our staying and also who provided us washing machine and some welcome snacks. Thank you very much! The property was super clear and pretty big. We had everything for the cooking, cleaning, washing, drying, in addition, there was a lot of take away boxes, some blankets, fans, closet to keep our clothes e.c. Everything was clean and in a good condition. And also a free parking next to the building. So, yes, I am completely satisfied.
Aspectos negativos: However, I can point out a couple of disadvantages. Firstly, our apartment was located near by rubbish bin and, unfortunately, we could hear at 7 a.m. the waste collectors collecting and disposing of trash everyday (even on Sunday). Secondly, I noticed that the water boiler is not big at all, because we had hot water only for 5 minutes and after that we had to take a shower in cool water. Besides, the air conditioners in the apartments did not work, that is why indoors was pretty hot and hard to fall asleep. And lastly, there was no service in the flat and the WiFi was really bad and slow.

Aspectos positivos: Appartement bien placé en bord de mer à Arinaga, spacieux et très lumineux, proche des restaurants et des commerces. Un bon niveau d'équipement. Très bonne literie. Wifi de bonne qualité. Hôte réactif aux demandes et questionnements. Démarches d'entrée et de fin de séjour faciles.
Aspectos negativos: Le ménage serait facillité par la présence d'un aspirateur. Les containers de collecte d'ordures et de déchets recyclables sont juste devant les fenêtres : vue un peu gâchée et quelques nuisances sonores le matin lors des ramassages (vers 8h). Des précisions sur la présence du lave linge dans un local privé au dernier étage serait utile.
