Aspectos positivos: Me gustó mucho la atención por parte de los dueños, la limpieza y la tranquilidad.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento estaba limpio,cómodo .Con todo lo necesario.El propietario atento.

Aspectos negativos: El pueblo no es turístico, aunque está bien ubicado para ir a cualquier sitio.

Amazing apartment

Aspectos positivos: Big size apartment, well equipped, had everything we could need. Beds were comfy, tv and ac in every room, washing machine, the 2 bathrooms came handy for the 3 kids. Great communication, easy check in, great price. Close to the local pool/beach. Always found free on-street parking.

Aspectos negativos: It's in a small village with not much entertainment for kids, but we knew that and still booked. Having a car to drive to popular places and beaches was essential!

An awesome, huge apartment and would stay again!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is inside a three-storey building and was huge and spotless. It looks just like in the photos and has nice details. The kitchen and the two bathrooms looked really new. We loved the location in a small village by the sea. We had a rental car and I would say that you should have one too. I don't know if the village is accessible via public transportation. But the location was perfect with a car! 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to the dunes of Maspalomas! A nice bonus was a washing machine and great views from a community rooftop terrace (which also has a laundry drying area). Each apartment has a storage on the rooftop and the washing machine is there. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful on the community rooftop terrace. The door to the building has a smart lock and can be opened with a phone and the door to the apartment has a smart lock too plus a numpad so the apartment can be entered with a code.

Aspectos negativos: Just a couple of issues that could be improved. The correct building was difficult to find at first. Google Maps points to a wrong building. The management of the property said they would send me instructions with photos, however the instructions came without photos so it was difficult to try to guess things. After going around in circles we finally figured out the building. Booking.com points at the right building so do not try to find it with Google Maps. You'll receive a link to a web page that can be used to open the building front door and the apartment door. However there is no cell coverage in front of the building. So I had to walk away from the building to get cell coverage while the rest of the family was standing at the front door so I could open the door for them. Also the apartment doors have swollen so that they touch the floors which makes them difficult to open and close. The dryer did not work but there was an awesome place to dry the laundry at the community rooftop terrace. I wish there had been a simple table and a couple of chairs at the rooftop terrace to have a breakfast and enjoy the sunrises!

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, magas felszereltség, tágas és szép terek

Aspectos positivos: Tágas terek, nagy nappali és konyha, két fürdőszoba, a felszereltség átlagon felüli. Van vasaló, hajszárító, edények, kávéfőző, mosógép, szárítógép (a tetőről elérhető tárolóban), még éthordó és alufólia is volt. Van klíma a nappaliban és az egyik hálószobában is. A pici belső teraszok nagyon praktikusak, strandolás után a vizes ruhákat jó ide kiteregetni. A kis város nagyon szuper, autentikus, tele helyi emberekkel, mindenki nagyon kedves. Az apartman egy utcára van az óceántól, de a nyílt óceán miatt nem túl kellemes itt a fürdőzés. A látvány viszont szép. Van egy utcára a parton egy kis játszótér is a gyerekeknek. A közelben van egy Spar is. A reptértől 20 percre van a szállás, Las Palmas is csak 40 percre található. A legjobb helyen található az apartman. A szállás nagyon szép.

Aspectos negativos: A konnektorok és villanykapcsolók a nappaliban és étkezőben mozognak, nincs rajta keret, elég veszélyesek. Ezt egyszerűen meg tudnák javítani. Valamint a szállás átvétele elég rugalmatlan, a mi gépünk 11-kor leszállt, mégis délután 5-ig várnunk kellett az átvételre. Nekünk nagyon kései időpont volt ez, pedig erre rá is kérdeztem előre, de nem tudtuk előbb elfoglalni a szállást. Egyébként minden más rendben volt.

Aspectos positivos: Ez egy nyaralás idejére egy tökeletes szálláshely! Egy csendes kis partmenti városka, az apartman gyakorlatilag 50 méterre van az oceántól. Teljesen jól felszerelt,tiszta ingatlan,konyhája mindennel felszerelve,a nappaliban és egyik hálószobában légkondival. Maspalomas világítótornya autóval 25 perc alatt könnyedén elérhető, útközben jó néhány bevásárlóközponttal,vendéglővel, ahol minden elérhető. A szállás 100 méteres környékén mindig van Ingyenes parkoló, ami nem elhanyagolandó.

Aspectos negativos: Szomszédok picit “hangosak” voltak egy éjszaka,de ez nem a szállásadó hibája.

Skvělé

Aspectos positivos: Castillo je malebné městečko u moře. Z ubytování jsme to měli malý kousek k pláži. Byt byl velký, útulný s moderní kuchyní. Postele velmi pohodlné. Hostitel byl milý a příjemný byl s námi v kontaktu.

Aspectos positivos: Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber, großzügig und schön eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Nächte sind ruhig - kein Lärm. Der Weg zum Wasser ist kurz und es gibt schöne Lokale in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld ist einfach und gut.

Aspectos negativos: Appartement sombre et lumière de rigueur Pas de balcon ou espace extérieur juste une petite cour mais sans soleil et sans possibilité d y déjeuner ou boire l apéro
