Aspectos negativos: La altura de la cama y del sofá podrían ser más altos.

Good value for money

Aspectos positivos: Almost everything. Perfect location, close to everything. Good value for money. It has everything you need, inc. salt, spices, shampoo, sun cream etc. The apartment is clean, comfy. Good price for Christmas period. 🎄 There's an elevator in the building. A comfy bed.

Aspectos negativos: If you look for something luxurious with sunny terasse or sea view, dishwasher, or A/C, it's not the option. It's a bit noisy and dark, you can hear everything and everyone in the building as all the rooms face the well of the building. I'd suggest having a top mattress for the sofa.

Aspectos positivos: We loved location literally 1min fra Canteras beach and few minutes from Santa Catalina station. Other bus stops are very close also, also Las Arenas shopping senter. Near many grocery shops and restaurants. The flat is super cosy and spacious.

Aspectos positivos: tout sauf le manque de télé connecté malheureusement. sinon hote très gentill et arrangeante d'ailleurs je ne l'ai vue que le jour de mon arrivée et pas celui de mon départ j'aurais voulue lui dire au revoir et la remercier.

Aspectos negativos: le bruit des travaux dans la cour à 8 heures du matin et celui des voisins en face et aussi il faisait chaud parfois malgré le ventilateur sinon très agréable séjour je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec plaisir

Aspectos positivos: Es handelt sich im eine schöne Wohnung, perfekt für zwei oder eine Person. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnhaus, man ist auf Zeit Teil der Wohngemeinschaft. Als Teil einer Gemeinschaft hört man auch etwas von den Anwohnern. Das kann schon sein. Ich empfand es als angenehm. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad ist praktisch, komfortabel und neu. Diese ermöglicht ein Leben, wie in den eigenen vier Wänden, da auch eine Waschmaschine, Zubehör und ein Bügeleisen vorhanden sind. Ich werde sicher wieder dort buchen, wenn ich mir Las Palmas ansehen möchte. Die Lage empfand ich als ideal, da der Personennahverkehr und auch der Strand, wenn man möchte sowie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut erreichbar sind.

Große Wohnung mit viel Stauraum nur wenige Minuten vom Strand

Aspectos positivos: Sehr große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und sehr viel Stauraum. Der große Esstisch ist super, das fehlt manchmal in den kleineren Wohnungen. Da die Lage zum Innenhof geht hört man gar keinen Straßenlärm. Für kürzere Aufenthalte eine tolle Option.

Aspectos negativos: Leider kommt so gut wie kein Tageslicht in die Wohnung und wenn die Nachbarn telefonieren hört man jedes Wort, da es durch den kleinen Innenhof rüberhallt.
