Aspectos positivos: Buena relación calidad/ubicación/precio. Apartamento completo con todo lo necesario

Aspectos negativos: Solo pequeños detalles. La ducha estaba mal sellada y, si te descuidabas se llenaba el suelo de agua. El sistema de apertura de puerta tenía los números muy pequeños y, mis dedos gordos a veces fallaban algún número.

Alojamiento de 10.

Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento es pequeño pero muy cómodo. Tenía de todo para que la estancia sea más cómoda. La limpieza de 10 y la atención por parte del departamento de reservas también de 10. Pendientes en todo momento de si necesitábamos algo. Comunicación muy fluida con ellos. La ubicación estaba muy bien. Zona tranquila pero cerca de la playa de las Canteras.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la playa de las canteras en un barrio residencial con todo al alcance. Fácil aparcar y fácil tomar alguna de las autovías de la isla. El mono ambiente está bien, baño adecuado y cama cómoda. Tv bien grande

Aspectos negativos: Mala ventilación

Apartamento precioso, experiencia mejorable.

Aspectos positivos: Lo bien acondicionado que estaba. Había menaje de sobra, cafetera, tostador.. Dejaron pequeñas muestras de sazonadores, geles, e incluso pastillas para la lavadora. Todo estaba muy nuevo y cuidado, dando buena presencia.

Aspectos negativos: Lo peor sin duda la cama. El colchón estaba destrozado, completamente deformado... al final es lo más importante cuando alquilas un sitio para dormir. No poder descansar en condiciones durante tus vacaciones es terrible. La limpieza de sábanas y toallas también es mejorable. Tuvimos que poner una lavadora con las toallas nosotros mismos.. De igual forma el armario donde guardan la fregona huele fatal, necesita una limpieza profunda y quizás ponerle unos deshumidificadores ya que el olor parecía de humedad. Por último y para tener en cuenta, el tema aparcamiento para los que alquiléis coche es polémico. Hay mucha zona azul y aunque hay rotación de gente, dependerá de la suerte que tengáis.

Aspectos positivos: El piso para dos muy bien cuidado ( nuevo todo) y además, estaba muy cerca de la playa pero lo mejor fue que veníamos tan cansados del vuelo, que agradecimos que nos dejaran entrar antes!

Excelente apartamento con buena localización

Aspectos positivos: La localización era muy buena. Está a 1 minuto anda ndo del paseo al lado del mar, y en menos de 10 minutos andando se llega a la Playa de las Canteras. Hay muchas tiendas de comida en los alrededores y hay una tienda donde hacen comidas preparadas a 1 minuto del apartamento. La cama era bastante cómoda y el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario (sartenes nuevas, tostador, microondas, horno, incluso una cafetera de cápsulas). Es espacioso y moderno. Hay un pequeño balcón donde poder tender las toallas. Tuve un pequeño problema a la llegada y el personal fue muy amable y lo solucionó super rápido. Me fui a dar un paseo y cuando volví ya estaba arreglado. Se agradece una atención al cliente tan buena.

Aspectos negativos: Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que no tiene mucha luz natural aunque la ventana es bastante grande, pero el edificio al otro lado de la calle no deja pasar mucha luz. Lo único que mejoraría es el poner algo más de papel higiénico en el baño.

Apartamento acogedor

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy acogedor. No le falta nada de lo necesario.

Aspectos negativos: Mala zona para aparcar, aunque yo tuve suerte y aparque todos los días en la puerta.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was clean and well organised. The location is fantastic. It was great value for monay.

Aspectos negativos: Nearby parking is expensive if you have a hire car. However that is not the responsibility of the owners.

The perfect apartment-if our luck without a problem open the door to it and get inside.

Aspectos positivos: Very nice and comfortably furnished flat located close to the beach. It even had a tiny balcony. In addition, there was a washing machine and a comfortable bathroom. There was also a lift.

Aspectos negativos: The flat opened with a code. Unfortunately something was malfunctioning, the first time it took me half an hour to open the door, with asking for help from neighbours , calling the office several times, recording videos and uploading etc. asked them to check it (despite the code given correctly the system did not work ) and fix it, but no one showed up. Every time I left I didn't know how long it would take to open the door again - I was also given a magnetic chip to open the room after the first time; but also once it worked once it didn't. It was incredibly stressful and uncomfortable. There were similar situations in other flats, as I myself was asked twice to help open the door by confused tenants of neighbouring flats. In summary, the whole system of opening the internal doors (the external doors to the building worked perfectly) is to be improved or replaced. Other than that, everything was Ok, I did admittedly have to buy cups and bowls for myself - because I didn't want to keep washing the two I was given. The next tenant in my flat probably already has more of these, as do :-), as the rubbish sacks, which were also initially absent. The flat was not cleaned and that is ok with me, I washed the towels myself, but having to wash the bed linen - and I was there for almost a month, so I did wash them - is a bit too much. But everything - except the bad opening of the door - was acceptable.

Great convenient location, great facilities, would definitely love to stay there again 👍

Aspectos positivos: I really like the location, the facilities, spacious for a studio, everything you need very close to shops, beach, bus routes etc. Also during our stay it was quiet, not too much aware of other guests or street noise, balcony was a surprise, also great with washing facilities so we could travel light !

Aspectos negativos: The initial entry was tricky because we arrived before the set time as I had received a text studio was ready. However staff were instantly supportive immediately and we were sorted quickly.
