Aspectos positivos: El estudio está impecable, cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. A 1 minuto de la playa de Las Canteras y cerca de restaurantes y tiendas pero muy bien insonorizado por lo que puedes descansar por la noche. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y se encuentra en muy buen estado. Especial agradecimiento al anfitrion y al personal de limpieza por hacer tan agradable la estancia

Aspectos positivos: Estaba muy nuevo todo, la cama muy cómoda, la cocina equipada, tranquilidad por la noche y super cerca de el paseo marítimo de las canteras, y de mucho ocio y restauración, las explicaciones de el check in súper bien, si tenías alguna duda están ahí para ayudarte...

Aspectos negativos: Al entrar olía a cigarro y eso que no se puede fumar , tal vez era que venía de fuera el olor ... No hay aparcamiento y es muy difícil encontrar...compramos un bono en un parking próximo ...con bono es 7'50€ por día .. un chico que trabaja en ese parking nos trató fatal y encima había que dejarlo en la octava planta. Que pena. Se que no tiene que ver con el apartamento pero para mí la única pega es esa el aparcamiento.

Muy bonito, ubiación perfecta, cómodo y limpio.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es perfecto. Tal y como se aprecia en las fotos es realmente. Su ubicación es perfecta, a unos pocos pasos de la playa y tiene todo tipo de detalles que cada vez más difícil de encontrar. Karen la propietaria muy atenta, incluso nos dejó unas toallas de playa y super fácil gestionarlo todo con ella. Todo super limpio y aseado, como si fuera nuevo. Me lo guardo para cuando tenga que volver porque sé que no fallo alojándome aquí.

Modern City Apartment few steps from the beach

Aspectos positivos: The bed is extremely comfortable. the location is perfect. The modern style is delightful.

Aspectos negativos: The induction cooker's temperature is not so high. Need to be patient for cooking.

Wonderful apartment 2 minutes from the beach and cafes

Aspectos positivos: Such a lovely apartment- really tasteful and great facilities. It’s in a v smart building. Safe and great location. Karen the owner is so helpful and attentive. There was beach towels ( v handy ) and even a lovely welcome mini bottle of cava.

Aspectos negativos: Can’t find any faults If you’re going to do your laundry bring a couple of washing tablets ( just in case the cleaner hasn’t left any). Also don’t hang anything on the balcony rail as there is a rule not to do this in the building.

Excellent location, perfectly clean and with good amenities

Aspectos positivos: This accommodation fully met our expectations and provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is well-equipped, including both a washing machine and a dryer, which is very convenient for longer visits. However, we were unable to find any laundry detergent or capsules upon arrival, so we purchased them ourselves and left them behind for future guests, which might be helpful. Everything else was clean, functional, and as described, contributing to an overall positive experience. The only minor downside was that the mattress was a bit too soft for our preference, so a firmer mattress or an additional mattress topper would improve comfort even further. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this accommodation to others.

Sehr schönes Apartment - Bett leider nur Queen-Size

Aspectos positivos: Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche und Bad lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist klasse, nur 100 m zum Strand und sehr viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind \

Aspectos negativos: Das Bett ist leider nur Queen-Size und somit für uns (zwei große Personen) nicht geeignet. Es gibt auch nur eine große Bettdecke. Wir haben uns auf Bett und Sofa aufgeteilt und haben Badelaken als zweite Decke benutzt.
