Aspectos positivos: Todo estupendo. Limpísimo, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas, espacioso y luminoso, el edificio tiene ascensor, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario y está muy bien surtido en general (utensilios de limpieza, para la colada y hasta sombrilla y silla de playa). Está a un paso de la playa, de la animada zona del puerto y muy bien comunicado con toda la isla, pero que tenga plaza de garaje es un puntazo. Repetiría sin duda

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación era perfecta. En pleno centro de Las Palmas. Y el que tuviera garaje es una gozada. El detalle de bienvenida se agradeció bastante. La limpieza y el buen gusto en la decoración del apartamento un 10!!! Nestor fué muy agradable y atento en nuestra recepción. Repetiremos seguro!!!! 😃

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is fully equipped for a long stay, beds comfortable, clean and comfortable, all you might need you'll find in. You've got some guides for Gran Canaria too and the host makes a nice gesture gifting a bottle of fine red wine and some sweets. The host is very nice and helpful, answers the messages timely and accommodate check-in and check-out hours if possible. The check-in is done on the spot, not possible to be done online prior to arrival, not a great inconvenient though. Canteras beach and promenade is less than a minute walking and a Spar supermarket right in front of balcony. Coffee shops, panaderias and restaurants, all there. Korean takeaway is very good, especially korean fried chicken - value for money. CICAR rent a car is just 10 minutes walk, and would recommend to visit plenty of attractions in Gran Canaria, worth.

Aspectos negativos: Not imputable to the host, related to the street noise generated by bin collectors and neverending delivery trucks. Add to these a poor woman with MH issues spending the day in the area, shouting and wailing back to her voices. This made me giving 9 out of 10. The noise has been reported by other guests and impacts whether one want to watch TV or simply wishes to enjoy silence for rest while reading something. To me, area didn't look safe after night hours; a massage saloon is on the street and night ladies and their handlers are harassing passers-by insisting to buy their services. Altogether, still worth to book the flat and the stay can be enjoyed with little adjustments.

Aspectos positivos: A nice and clean apartment, it has everything you need. On arrival there was a friendly person that was waiting for us with the keys. The location is perfect, having your own private parking space is certainly a big advantage.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is really nice, equipped with everything one could need for short or long stay. The location is excellent, just few steps to the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and transport links. The house itself is quiet, neighbours are mostly local residents. The host was also very helpful, with excellent communication and care throughout my stay.
