Absolutamente recomendable
Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento era muy silencioso y estaba muy limpio. Además, la cama era muy cómoda y el barrio muy tranquilo. Juani es muy atenta y nos facilitó toda la información que precisamos para nuestra visita a Gran Canaria. Se puede aparcar gratis en la misma calle, aunque también hay parking subterráneo de pago y zona azul en las inmediaciones.
Aspectos negativos: Como crítica constructiva, recomendamos instalar una cortina en la ventana del baño, ya que da a un pasillo donde pasan otros clientes para ir a su alojamiento. Por otra parte, la televisión no es Smart TV, por lo que echamos en falta poder ver nuestras series favoritas en nuestros momentos de relax.

Aspectos positivos: La zona muy tranquila con buena localización. Apartamento muy cómodo y espacioso con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Personal muy amable con gran disponibilidad y resolutivo ante nuestras peticiones.
Aspectos negativos: Un poco complicado el 🅿️ exterior.

Aspectos positivos: The property os very central to the las palmas. The beach is im very close proximity. Amenities and cleanliness upto standard. The bus top is very close to connect to Maspolamas or Mogan. Bus stop is 10 min walking distance. Superdino supermarket is 4 mins walk Bed was comfortable and access was easy. The lady at reception was very sweet let us leave the bags on last day for free so didn’t have to find a locker
Aspectos negativos: The bathroom window lock was broken but that didn’t cause much problem. Could do with some laundry powder or capsules as only big bags in supermarket

The apartment and its location offered us everything we were looking for.
Aspectos positivos: The apartment was perfect for the two of us and gave us everything that we needed. The location was very convenient as the beach was very close and it was only short walk to the main shopping area. The motorway out of the city was just around the corner so we could very quickly get out of the city and explore the rest of the island. Juani, the hostess, was amazing! She was incredibly frienly and helpful and immediately took care of any questions or needs we had.

A Lovely Cozy Studio in an Upscale, Quiet Neighborhood
Aspectos positivos: The location is in a nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood. There are the essentials nearby: Supermarket a few blocks away, and a handful of restaurants, bus stops, etc. I felt very safe. It was quiet and clean. But it is not near the tourist hotspots. Most require a long walk or a bus ride to get to. The kitchenette is tiny but has most of what one needs to cook. They should add a scissor to the utensils.
Aspectos negativos: The apartment was not equipped with a smart TV upon my arrival. The TV was old and only offered a handful of local channels. I inquired about this and they agreed to upgrade the TV, which was done about halfway through my visit. It was positioned on a table so unable to view comfortably from the bed. For this reason only, I didn't rate this as Exceptional. For this price point and in today's world of cheap smart TV's, there should have been one installed already. This should be standard.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für meine Anforderungen perfekt.
Aspectos positivos: Die Unterkunft ist in einer hervorragenden Lage gewesen. Die Erreichbarkeit ist mit Bussen perfekt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle um entweder in Richtung Altstadt oder in Richtung La Catalina zu kommen ist nur 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Andere Linien maximal 10 Minuten.
Aspectos negativos: Es gab zwar eine Waschmaschine, aber kein Waschpulver. Problem: Im Supermarkt gibt es nur große Packungen.

Suosittelen lämpimästi pariskunnalle, joka haluaa vähän etäämmälle turistimassoista.
Aspectos positivos: Asunto oli siisti, miellyttävästi sisustettu ja erittäin hyvin varustettu. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja kaikki toimi. Ihan läheltä löytyi ruokakauppa ja mukava kahvila josta sai edullisesti herkullista aamiaista. Vieressä oli siisti ja rauhallinen uimaranta.
Aspectos negativos: Ruokaravintoloita läheisyydessä oli niukasti.
