Aspectos positivos: La ubicación y la limpieza. Apartamento amplio, cerca de bares y comercios.
Aspectos negativos: No hay recepción para la recogida de llaves, tienes que acordar la llegada con una persona que te contacta. Hubo malentendidos tanto con la hora del check-in y con el parking, ya que la plaza que nos adjudicaron estaba ocupada y tuvimos que esperar 2h hasta poder dejarlo en su sitio.

Aspectos positivos: Lo amplio que es el apartamento, la cocina estupenda y la comodidad de la cama.
Aspectos negativos: Es bastante ruidoso con la puerta del salón cocina abierta. La limpieza era bastante escasa, solo limpio donde se veía. Algunos cacharros de cocina tuvimos que limpiarlos cada vez y debajo de los muebles, etc...estaba regular.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento muy espacioso y decorado con mucho gusto y detalles. No faltaba de nada.
Aspectos negativos: El colchón incómodo para mi gusto. Al congelador habría que quitarle la nieve porque no abren los cajones.

Wonderful city apartment on the edge of Triana
Aspectos positivos: Location and size of the apartment was amazing. It is a short bus ride from the airport that was easy to figure out, and walkable from where the bus drops you off even with luggage. Great neighborhood with groceries and restaurants nearby. A busy road out front but soundproof windows so it was quiet. There is some noise from neighbours in the building but nothing that was a problem. The staff were always there when we needed them and very friendly and accommodating.

Aspectos positivos: Very convenient location. I thought the flat seemed bigger and nicer in real life than it looks in the photos. It only has one external window, as people have said, but this didn't really matter as the bedroom and bathroom do have windows that open onto an inner courtyard, and any lack of daylight in the flat is compensated for by very good lighting options. In addition, having the bedroom at the back meant it was really quiet. Communication was friendly, and getting in was easy.

Spacious, comfortable and clean
Aspectos positivos: We liked that the apartment is spacious, clean, and has comfortable beds. Even though we’re on the main road, it’s well insulated, so there’s no noise. The old town is nearby, and there are plenty of shops in the area. It’s easy to reach the apartment from the highway.
Aspectos negativos: We had a misunderstanding regarding the parking arrangement. During the reservation, it was mentioned that parking didn’t need to be reserved in advance, but upon arrival, we were informed that we needed to pay for parking in advance and that there was no space available for us to park at the moment. Since the apartment is on a busy main road, we had nowhere to leave the car, which caused us a little stress. After sending a request via WhatsApp (the host who welcomed us couldn’t provide us with the parking keys) and making the payment, we received parking instructions, but they were in Spanish. This led to some confusion about the parking spot number, so the next day we had to repark the car because a neighbor threatened to call a tow truck. All in all, we’re sorry that this issue slightly affected our vacation, but the host was responsive every time we called, so if it hadn’t been for this oversight, our rating would have been a 10.

Aspectos positivos: Very convenient location. Apartment is very well and nicely decorated and equipped.
Aspectos negativos: Apartment is a little bit dark, but due to the nice illumination that doesn't bother.
