Aspectos positivos: Estaba a 10 minutos de lo que nos interesaba, q era todo lo relacionada a la Fan zone de La Copa de Rey de baloncesto.

Aspectos negativos: Le faltaba un poco de limpieza. Aunq se podía estar.

Agradable y servicio excepcional

Aspectos positivos: La amabilidad y la preocupación de la persona que gestiona la vivienda fue excepcional.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location between the Old Town and the new. Taxi app, PIDE or the local buses are in easy reach.

Aspectos negativos: It was cold inside at night. Blankets and throws are provided, but a small heater would have been useful. Not everywhere was clean Lots of dust underneath the lounge sofabed.

Appartamento comodo, funzionale e pulito

Aspectos positivos: Ottima posizione, facile da raggiungere, comoda a tutti i servizi e al centro storico. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e ordinato.

Aspectos negativos: Avrei preferito ricevere qualche indicazione in più sui parcheggi nei dintorni dell'appartamento e su alcune funzionalità dell'appartamento.

Aspectos positivos: Grand appartement, situé entre la vielle ville et le port faciles d'accès en bus ou à pied. Quartier et rue tranquilles. Appartement confortable, fonctionnel, excellent rapport qualité prix (nous y étions hors saison).

Aspectos negativos: Canapé pas très propre comme les alaises des lits avec des cheveux (le reste impeccable notamment les sanitaires, les sols et les draps)

Séjour agréable

Aspectos positivos: Emplacement proche d'un 'arrêt de bus et d'un magasin alimentaire, a 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville . Rue calme. Appartement spacieux

Aspectos negativos: Tabouret pour manger

Sehr schöne Unterkunft...

Aspectos positivos: - Prima zentrale Lage (so ziemlich in der Mitte von Las Palmas de Gran Canaria gelegen) - Komplett eingerichtete geräumige Unterkunft mit zwei Emporen und Zusatzraum zum Wäsche aufhängen - Ausgestattet mit u.a. Microwelle, Smart-TV, Waschmaschine, kompletter Küche mit ausreichend Besteck, Töpfen und Geschirr, Internet - Kleiner Willkommenskorb mit 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser -Kontakt zur Gastgeberin/Gastgeber primär über WhatsApp; welche jederzeit schnell erreichbar war und bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. So war mir z.B. die Matratze im Doppelbett zu hart und es wurde extra eine weichere Auflage beschafft...vielen Dank nochmals dafür. - Lebensmittelgeschäft und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe - Der Hafen und der (kleinere) Sandstrand (Las Alcaravaneras) sind ca. 3000 Meter entfernt

Aspectos negativos: - Die Internetverbindung hatte kleinere Aussetzer; im Großen und Ganzen aber noch o.k. - Über der Unterkunft befindet sich noch eine weitere (Ferien -) Wohnung. Je nach Gästen (und deren Anzahl) kann es deshalb auch schon mal lauter werden. Die Gastgeber sind hier m.E. aber sehr bemüht \

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub...

Aspectos positivos: - Kontakt primär über WhatsApp; Antworten auf Fragen kamen schnell - Schlüssel bei Ankunft in Schlüsselbox (Code per WhatsApp) - \

Aspectos negativos: - Die Matratzen der Betten waren m.E. schon sehr unbequem (hart) - Über der Wohnung liegt eine zweite (Ferien -) Wohnung; je nach Gästen kann es dadurch schon mal was lauter werden - Leider kein Balkon oder Terrasse vorhanden - Das Internet hatte doch ab und an (kurze) Aussetzer - U.a. hinter der Wand im oberem Schlafzimmer (Empore) ist eine (Auto -) Garage die mit einem elektrischem Tor geöffnet und geschlossen wird; primär morgens war das laut und störend; vor allem wenn man im Urlaub eigentlich mal länger schlafen möchte.

Aspectos positivos: Tágas, tiszta, kaptunk törölközőket, van fölszerelt konyha, mosógép egy kis erkély.

Aspectos negativos: Egyedül egy kávéfőzőt hiányoltunk, de ezt megoldottuk.

Wygody, duży apartament, dobrze skomunikowany

Aspectos positivos: Apartament wygodny, duży, czysty. W pobliżu przystanek autobusowy i spożywczy. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Wszystko w mieszkaniu było ok i działało sprawnie. Nie było czajnika do wody, ale jakoś sobie poradziliśmy.
