Repetiría estancia

Aspectos positivos: Lo que más me gustó es que estaba todo súper limpio, además estaba relativamente cerca de los sitios de donde estaba situado.

Aspectos negativos: Quizás por decir algo del alojamiento puede ser la ducha, pues la puerta no funcionaba demasiado bien, pero vamos la verdad que fue estupenda la casa y la experiencia

Apartamento cómodo y muy bien situado.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está muy bien situado, en una zona céntrica pero de chalets con jardín. Apartamento muy amplio y moderno, con un buen dormitorio, baño con ducha de hidromasaje, cocina muy bien equipada y salón con una televisión enorme. Está situado al lado del ayuntamiento, lo que facilita mucho la orientación los primeros días. El anfitrión es muy atento y nos dió información muy útil sobre los sitios más importantes para visitar.

Aspectos negativos: No encontré nada negativo.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, la amplitud, la amabilidad de Alvaro pendiente de nosotros y dispuesto a ayudar

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento era muy amplio, muy buena ubicación, la zona súper tranquila y para aparcar las calles cercanas no tenías que pagar para estacionar. Álvaro, el casero muy amable y siempre dispuesto ayudar en todo, un 10!!!

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es fantástico, está muy nuevo y limpio, tal cual aparece en las fotos. Moderno y con muy buen gusto. Aunque son pocos metros cuadrados, todo es muy espacioso!!! Está muy bien equipado, tanto en cocina, como baño, habitación y salón. Y por cierto, aunque el apartamento no dispone de lavadora, sí hay acceso a una lavadora compartida con el resto de apartamentos que funciona fantásticamente... Además, la entrada al edificio dispone de una pequeña terraza con mobiliario de jardín, donde puedes relajarte y disfrutar del aire fresquito. Está situado en una calle tranquila, bien iluminada y muy bien comunicada, tanto si viajas en coche, como si decides moverte en guagua. El anfitrión, Álvaro, muy muy atento, respetuoso y puntual. Resolvió todas nuestras dudas al momento y además nos hizo unas muy buenas recomendaciones para conocer tanto la ciudad como la isla. Sin duda, cuando volvamos repetiremos!!!

Aspectos negativos: Por poner algún pero... El acceso al apartamento es por escalera, pero es un piso y medio muy llevadero!!! Y aunque nosotras no lo echamos de menos, comentar que no hay aire acondicionado, pero si abres las ventanas, el apartamento hace honor a su nombre y corre una brisa espectacular!!!

Aspectos positivos: Muy limpio. Cómodo y funcional. Bien ubicado. El trato con Álvaro genial. Facilidades para la entrada y la salida del apartamento. Todo perfecto.

We had a nice stay, in a comfortabel apartment, good bed and a kind and client oriented host.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is well designed and nice, and looked exactly as on the pictures, which is always very appreciated. Everything was very clean, comfortable bed, good bedlinnen, towels and a big bathroom. The location is great. A quiet area. Sometimes we experienced a bit of noise from the street but not a real issue. Neighbours (also apartment rent) were very quiet, but you could, at some occasions, hear them. What made our stay great, was the host, Alvaro. A professional and kind host, very responsive and client oriented. At arrival, we received a bottle of wine, there was a bottle of water and all the necessary for the first day / day after, like coffee cups and thee. Close to the apartment there are good supermarkets, all easy walkable. We stayed for ca 9 days.

Aspectos negativos: In case of a longer stay, having a set of extra bedlinnen in the apartment would be welcome. However they changed towels and bedlinnen after a week, which was appreciated. Also for us, and if we would have stayed for a longer time then 9 days, a more comfortabel sofa and a regular diner table would have been better. But this is our personal opinion.

We had a great time staying in this apartment, perfect location between the old and new Las Palmas.

Aspectos positivos: Plenty of space, excellent location, clean and public transport as well as a breakfast/lunch/diner location at the corner

Aspectos negativos: The shower was a kind of problem, the water gets cold after 30 seconds. The host tried to fix it but without solving the problem. If this problem is solved the rating would be excellent! And I am sure it will be fixed by the host.

Aspectos positivos: The property was super clean. Looked just like on the photos. Nice and spacious. We had access to a shared washing machine on the ground floor, which was really handy, as we were there for 10 days. The apartment was cleaned mi-stay and linen/towels were changed, which was much appreciated. Good place to eat right next door more or less. Spar supermarket only 5 minutes' walk away. 5 stars to Alvaro who met us with the keys and looked after us during our stay. Very kind and patient. Arranged taxis for us to/from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for him. If we return, we will definitely stay here again.

Aspectos negativos: The only negative was the noise at night from the road nearby. But this was a small detail. Otherwise, a great stay.

Lovely place to stay in Las Palmas

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is situated in Ciudad Jardín, 3km north of the historical centre of Vegueta & Triana and 2.5 km south of Playa de las Canteras so both are an easy walk or bus ride away. The apartment is on the first floor, it is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen area, lounge, bedroom and large bathroom with high tech shower. There is a washing machine, dryer and drying racks downstairs for communal use, detergent is provided. There is a tassimo coffee maker and filter machine, kettle, toaster, hob and large fridge freezer, TV, a socket on each side of the bed, complimentary shower gel, shampoo and moisturiser, as well as plenty of towels, and hairdryer.
