Aspectos positivos: Un apartamento muy bonito, estuvimos súper a gusto. La anfitriona, la verdad, es un amor, y eso hace que la estancia sea muchísimo más agradable. El apartamento es cómodo, acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días tranquilos. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue siempre fácil y rápida. Aunque hay algún detalle mejorable, en general nos fuimos con muy buena sensación. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!\

Aspectos positivos: Agradecer a Dolores la anfitriona su amabilidad y preocupación por nuestro bienestar y estar pendiente de nuestra entrada y salida, excelente anfitriona... Muy buena situación y comunicación en pleno centro de Las Canteras, estancia perfecta.

Aspectos positivos: La comunicación con la anfitriona, todo muy fácil. El último día como no había entrada programado pudimos estar en el apartamento hasta después de comer. El apartamento tiene dos aires acondicionados, aunque son ruidosos por la noche con tener encendido el del salón es suficiente y no hace falta encender el de la habitación
Aspectos negativos: Se oye el ruido del trafico.

Aspectos positivos: Muy moderno y limpio, Dolores es una persona maravillosa. Mi pareja y yo estuvimos en gran canaria por una operación en la espalda y nos tocó cambiar muchos apartamentos (como 5 o 6), el suyo es el mejor que nos ha tocado, lo recomiendo al 100%.
Aspectos negativos: Todo estaba perfecto.

Great stay
Aspectos positivos: Very comfortable, modern apartment. Clean and well equipped. Ideal for longer stay. Close to the ocean (2-3 min). After reading some comments I expected it too be very noisy, but it wasn't that bad.
Aspectos negativos: Would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner in the apartment.

Aspectos positivos: I loved everything about the 1-bed flat, it was super comfy, spotless, and had everything I needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking really easy and enjoyable.

Great little apartment in a very convenient location.
Aspectos positivos: Self-sufficient apartment with AC in a very convenient location. No waiting for lift as two in operation for 6 floors.
Aspectos negativos: Apartment over one of the busier/nosier streets in Las Palmas. Not great noise insulation between neighbouring apartments - could hear chairs being dragged next door etc. Fix fan in bathroom. Replace rusty drying rack for dishes!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was fantastic—close to everything I needed, especially the beach, bus station, and all the great cafes and restaurants. Even though it was located on the main street, I didn’t mind the noise at all. If I had, the windows do a great job of keeping the sound out, so it was never an issue. Marina, the host, was welcoming, helpful, and kind. She even asked for my flight number to know exactly when I’d be landing and let me know the apartment would be available before the usual check-in time. The building itself is very new, and the apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances, providing everything I needed and more. The shower was great, one of my favorite things to do after a long day out and hot water was always available. I’d definitely come back again!
Aspectos negativos: The only thing I felt was missing was a vacuum cleaner. Even one of those portable/small ones would have been lovely to have. While there was a mop and a few brooms available, and more than enough cleaning supplies, I would have loved to have a vacuum, especially since my long hair seemed to get everywhere! Other than that it was perfect.
