Penthouse Over The Sea

Aspectos positivos: Las vistas son geniales, disfrutamos mucho la ubicación y las vistas al mar. El apartamento cumplió con mis expectativas.

Aspectos negativos: A algunas partes de la casa les convendría un poco de mantenimiento. Por ejemplo, en la ducha de la planta de arriba el agua se salía fácilmente. Y aunque no dependa del apartamento, era un poco complicado aparcar en el mes de julio por la zona.

Relaxing stay which really set us up for the cold winter months ahead in the UK!

Aspectos positivos: Spacious, bright, very modern & in a great location.

Aspectos negativos: Bathrooms could do with being upgraded.

Sea views and sounds from all rooms. Great place to relax with plenty choice for food and drink when you want it.

Aspectos positivos: Location perfect. Fantastic terrace with amazing views.

Aspectos negativos: Some things were hard to get to work without instructions: e.g sliding doors to the terrace were really stiff and could not be opened at all from one end. The awning inexplicably retracted after one hour. Also a bit strange that there was a window from the shower to the bedroom and terrace - not much privacy in that! We made it work but maybe that space better suited to couples only.

Aspectos negativos: Lack of parking

Aspectos positivos: The location was great. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. A short walk to Las Arenas shopping centre. Surf schools are right there and a short walk to swimming areas. The bed was comfortable and we had all we needed for our stay.

We loved our stay, would recommend.

Aspectos positivos: Perfect location, quiet and nice penthouse with a unforgettable view! Access to the apartment was easy and instructions understandable.

Aspectos negativos: There were some errors with the amenieties that were not working, but it did not affect our stay.

Aspectos negativos: Nichts - Die paar Sachen aus den anderen Kommentaren sind klar - Tuer muss schwer gehen wegen dem Wind; Wind Krach ist eher schoen als stoerend, aber wenn man aus dem Norden kommt kein Thema !

Skvělé místo nad plážovou promenádou, kterému menší diskomfort prostě rádi odpustíte ;-)

Aspectos positivos: Skvělá poloha přímo na pláži a promenádě Las Canteras s úchvatným výhledem. Velmi dobře vybavený apartmán, ideální pro rodinu, případně dva páry. Výborná komunikace s agenturou.

Aspectos negativos: Komfort toalet a sprchových koutů byl velmi omezený malým prostorem. Na tak prostorný apartmán to je prostě malé. Navíc prosklené sprchy do ložnic jsou sice efektní, ale intimita není vždy úplně na místě.

Aspectos positivos: cooles, stylishes Apartment direkt am Playa de Canteras mit Blick auf die Bucht und direkt vor unserem Fenster/Dachterasse gingen die vielen SurfSchulen ins Wasser! Übergabe des Schlüssels: es kam ein Taxi und überreichte uns den Schlüssel. (so hatten wir das auch noch nie ;-)) Uns hat es gut gefallen, dass wir bei Duschen auf´s Meer schauen konnten! (das wurde von anderen Kunden kritisiert; aber wir waren ja auch nur zu zweit)

Aspectos negativos: Was wir nicht so bedacht hatten war, dass das Meer schon sehr laut ist; die Fenster können das Meeresrauschen nicht abhalten; das könnte den einen oder anderen Menschen doch mehr stören als uns. (Also untertags nimmt das nicht so wahr, aber nachts gibt es halt doch einen dauernden Geräuschpegel)

Tolle Kombination von Stadt und Strand.

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage des Penthouse ist toll, direkt über dem Strand. Das schönste sind der Ausblick und das Meeresrauschen. Wirklich ein besonderer Ort!

Aspectos negativos: Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das einzige Manko war, dass die Terrassentür sehr schwer zu öffnen und schließen war.
