Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está súper limpio. La ubicación espectacular. La amabilidad de Miguel y Roberto el señor que nos recibió es exquisita. Nos ayudó con mi hijo que iba en sillas de ruedas. Es un apartamento perfecto. Repetiré cuando mi hijo no necesite silla de ruedas seguro.

Aspectos negativos: Del alojamiento me gustó todo. Lo único que al ir con una silla de ruedas es complicado subir porque en la entrada tiene bastantes escalones. Cosa por la que fui informada pero pudimos subir con ayuda, en el ascensor tampoco cabe bien la silla es un poco pequeño. Pero eso sé que no depende del anfitrión.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento muy cómodo..con muy buena ubicación y garaje.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es perfecta a 50m de la playa. Rodeado de multitud de comercios de hostelería, alimentación y demás servicios. El piso moderno y limpio, con aire acondicionado. Disponer de parking en esa zona, es un lujo. La amabilidad y predisposición de Fernando para facilitarnos la estancia ha sido de 10.

Aspectos positivos: A very clean flat with great location and an option park the car. The flat had everything you need for a long term stay.

Aspectos positivos: Great location for Las Canteras beach (ocean view from balcony if you look carefully). Good public transport nearby, shops and restaurants around the corner. Convenient parking and easy motorway access. The apartment is nice and modern, beds are comfortable, and bedrooms well laid out with plentiful storage. Even the fold out bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and we didn't miss anything for 2 weeks. Good and large washing machine. Fast Wi-Fi. Great service, the staff were friendly, allowed early check-in, and got us a baby bed, high chair, baby bath, and stepping stool for our young kids.

Aspectos negativos: Some insignificant things were slightly broken: fold out bed missed a rib on one side, one kitchen cabinet door was barely holding on, clothes drying rack had broken spots. Some things were just inconvenient and odd but could be fixed: - the kitchen faucet was very annoyingly splashing a lot of water around, - the nespresso machine is using some weird irregular vertuo capsules that can only be bought at Il Corte Ingles (as far as I know for Las Palmas) - no vacuum cleaner, so it was hard to keep the flat clean with only a broom and a mop, - there's an extractor hood in the kitchen... which goes to the cupboard above and is not connected to an air exhaust. But it's at least useful as a light - circuit breaker switched off the electricity twice, probably when the refrigerator and hot water were running at the same time - the living room felt cramped for dining. Perhaps a smaller TV table and smaller sofa could be used to leave space for the dining table. Something that would be hard to fix: - the building has terrible noise insulation between doors, and you can hear any noise in hallways and the elevator very well. The insulation between walls is better, but you could still hear neighbors at night if they were loud - we could not use the inner courtyard for drying clothes or windows for fresh air because a neighbor was continuously smoking. So we used the balcony for ventilation instead, but then it was very noisy due to the street downstairs, especially at weekends. And some cigarette smoke still seeped in at times. Unfortunately, I understand there's not much that can be done about this.

Aspectos positivos: Great location 2 minutes to the beach, very fast and stable internet, one bigger bedroom and one smaller bedroom for one person.

Aspectos negativos: Very low water pressure and hot water ran put fast

Aspectos positivos: Location was amazing with the beach a couple of minutes walk away and in the best area for restaurants etc. The beds were very comfortable although the second bedroom is a sofa bed that takes up the whole room when made up as a bed (but super comfortable), air con worked well and there is a ceiling fan in the lounge too. Parking is 5 mins walk away in the public car park but with a reserved space, worked well but there are stairs to get down to the car park so be sure to drop your luggage first if it's heavy. The lift in the apartment was great to have, just a few steps up from the entrance. The balcony, although small, was a great place to watch the world go by. The apartment is quiet as bedrooms face internally so no street noise. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. The gentleman who handed over our keys was super helpful and available if we needed anything. We had a great stay here, can't beat the location.

Aspectos negativos: Coffee maker was small so would only make coffee for one person. Shower pressure not great. Door to balcony was very stiff. Needs more hooks for towels in the bathroom

Aspectos positivos: parking close to the apartment. Very good location. Even though the apartment is in the very center, the bedroom was quiet. Cleanly and very nice service. I lived there for over 1.5 months. I had no problem with anything. I would love to come back again. around the apartment there are shops and a supermarket where you can shop cheaper. Owner and cooperation - great. Thank you again for your stay.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location, 1 minute from the beach. Beautifully refurbished apartment, spotlessly clean, quiet, nice little balcony towards a pedestrian zone. We always come back here.
