Fantásticas vacas en familia
Aspectos positivos: Ubicación 10...limpieza 10...decoración preciosa y silencioso....se duerme de maravilla
Aspectos negativos: La salida del apartamento nos pareció muy pronto...pq íbamos de ocio y ese día no se pudo dormir....somos 4 y era un corre corre para dejarlo a las 10 y aún así salimos a las y media y casi sin dormir...

Aspectos positivos: Very spacious apartment, right in middle of city centre,5 mins from promenade and beachfront. 2 bedrooms, big living room area with massive sofa.
Aspectos negativos: People above were a bit noisy in mornings, could hear footsteps and dragging of chairs.

A few improvements would make it excellent!
Aspectos positivos: Location was excellent. Elena was nice and helpful.
Aspectos negativos: Hot water ran out in the shower even when stopping the water flow during soaping and shampooing. 3 people could not shower after one another as it was difficult to complete even one shower without rinsing in cold water in the end. This was difficult for the teenagers, not myself so much as I'm a winter swimmer in the natural waters of Finland. Better curtains are needed, now see through and let all the morning light in. The other bedroom had no curtains at all, and needs much better lights and a reading light. Luggage had to be taken to a locker room at quite a distance, they could not be left at the property even for 2 hrs. There were also many hrs before the next check in. Trash had to be taken out by the guests in the end of the stay, something I've never come across before and I travel 4 times s year. It could be my mistake but I didn't come across these rules when booking the apartment.

Nice bright apartment close to the sea front
Aspectos positivos: The property suited us perfectly. It was a good size. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. We had a washing machine dryer and dishwasher. We also had an oven with a microwave and a coffee machine. It was on the third floor and the building was safe and clean . It was close to the beach 5 mins walk. There were supermarkets and local shops on the street. It was also near lots of bars and restaurants . I would recommend this apartment. Communication with Elena was very good and she was available to help all the time

Aspectos negativos: Bojler od 15l za vise ljudi nedovoljno, malo rolni taolet papira i nista od kozmetike za kupanje … garnitura u dnevnoj sobi pohabana i skripi…

Aspectos positivos: Nagyon tetszett a kényelmes, nagy lakás, az óceánparthoz való közelség, nyugodt környezet. A kulcsot egyszerű volt átvenni. A kirándulás felvételi pont az Astoria szállónál nagyon közel volt, és több étterem és bolt is. Bőven volt törülköző, és adott minden háztartási gép is.
Aspectos negativos: Hiányzott pár apró dolog: papírtörló, plusz WC papíŕ. A belső szoba ablaka a belső kis udvarra nyílt, ami nem szellőzött túl jól. A konyhában nincs túl sok edény.

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento davvero confortevole. Dotato di due bagni e due camere da letto, uno splendido soggiorno e la cucina. Molto utile avere a disposizione lavatrice, asciugatrice e la lavastoviglie. Posizione ottima vicino a Las Canteras, supermarket e fermate dei bus. Zona molto silenziosa. Se dovessi tornare a Las Palmas non esiterei a soggiornare nuovamente qui.

Entspannter Urlaub in Playa de Las Canteras.
Aspectos positivos: Die Lage ist klasse. In 3 Minuten ist man am Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön , dass auch ein Wäschetrockner dabei ist . In der Küche war alles da , was man so braucht. Zum sauber machen , abwaschen war alles vorhanden. TV mit Netflix etc. Wir haben uns insgesant sehr wohl gefühlt.
Aspectos negativos: Die Wohnung hat keine Terasse wie angegeben ist. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Die Straße ist ruhig gewesen , da eine Absperrung gab. Dennoch hörte man einiges. Ich bin allerdings sehr verwöhnt was Lärm angeht, da ich sehr ruhig wohne.

Mycket nöjd med min vistelse i Kanarieöarna
Aspectos positivos: Elena, ägaren till lägenheten var vänlig och hjälpsam. Lägenheten var mycket fint och fräscht, bekvämt. Allt ligger väldigt nära som Canteras stranden, restauranger och shopping center.
Aspectos negativos: Det var lite krångligt med induktionsspisen köket har, man kunde inte använda de tre plattorna den har samtidigt och ibland tog det lite tid för starten
