Una estancia agradable y estupenda

Aspectos positivos: Tiene todo lo necesario (y más) para disfrutar de tus vacaciones. La ubicación es muy buena en Las Palmas, tienes cerca todo. Si necesitas algo enseguida te ayudan y es un alojamiento súper completo.

A very nice place for a vacation!

Aspectos positivos: The location is great, 100 m from Las Canteras beach and in a safe area. Also the apartment layout is very nice, with 2 bathrooms that made the difference! The building has video surveillance and a refurbished elevator. The host was very kind, helping us to book a Christmas table in a nearby restaurant and she reacted very quickly to repair the door knob when it broke.

Aspectos negativos: Maybe just to mention that the second bathroom shower has provided more warm water than hot, being uncomfortable for women.

Aspectos positivos: Property was very spacious and clean. It was as pictured in the brochure. The beds were comfortable. The two bathrooms were very handy.

Aspectos negativos: The communication was a bit of a problem as there was a problem with the phone number. There were only three bath towels and two hand towels given but when I asked they sent three more without a problem. It would help if some information was left at the apartment. For instance I had to phone to ask for the password for the Wi-Fi which is pretty basic now. Also I could only get Spanish programmes on Tv. I wasn’t too worried but it would be better to know. W Nile the beds were very comfortable the pillows were terribly uncomfortable.

Wunderschöne große moderne Wohnung

Aspectos positivos: Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft, die sich nur 3 Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt befindet. Wir haben Patricia leider nie persönlich angetroffen, aber wir hatten per WhatsApp Kontakt und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Sie stellte den Kids sogar einen Osterhasen vor die Tür, da wir kurz vor Ostern abreisten. Es war eine große wunderschöne Wohnung, wo wir als große Familie (2 Ew, 4 Kids) genug Platz hatten. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen.
