Aspectos positivos: the room has an ideal location. 10 minutes to the beach on foot, 15 minutes to the rocks. Santa Catalina bus station is a 15-minute walk away. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. the windows overlook a very quiet street. in the room there are two small rooms, a shower room and a mini kitchen. fresh paint on the walls, new furniture in the rooms. The kitchen, unfortunately, is very small and not very comfortable. The shower is very small, so it will be difficult for body positive people to wash. Las Palmas is a big city, so there are no problems with both bars and shops here. And unlike many European cities, life here rages until late at night.

Aspectos negativos: there is a garage downstairs the apartment. therefore, the apartment often smelled of paint and fuel. it is very unpleasant.

Aspectos positivos: The location is absolutely excellent - shops, bus stop, beaches and the seafront all are nearby. And really like Isleta district. Space is enough and we find everything we needed for self cooking, spending time and sleep.

Aspectos negativos: Was not a big problem for us - but the kitchen is really small.

Aspectos positivos: I liked that although small but it has a separate living room with a sofa bed.

Aspectos negativos: an air freshener device would become handy to keep the air fresh while the place isn't booked.
