Aspectos positivos: Los colchones eran nuevos y limpios, lo cual apreciamos y es muy importante.

Aspectos negativos: Sería muy importante en el baño tener una alfombrilla de goma, muy resbaladiza y nada a lo que agarrarse. La escobilla del inodoro estaba a punto de ser reemplazada, sucia. Algunas toallas más serían apropiadas.

Amazing Apartment with large Balcony

Aspectos positivos: Amazing apartment, much larger than we expected, with every possible appliance we could need including kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cooker, washing machine and even a dryer. Location is ideal for exploring the beach front and only a short walk to the main shopping areas as well. The supplied entry instructions were very clear and entry was simple. The Balcony is very large with a table, 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds with cushions for the sunbeds in a cupboard. There is a view of the sea between the first row of buildings as well. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we come to Las Palmas.

Aspectos negativos: We could not fault the apartment. It is on the 6th floor but the lift worked fine for us but some people might not like being dependent on the lift or 6 flights of stairs.

Das war eine sehr gute Wahl und wir kommen wieder.

Aspectos positivos: Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel und sehr schöne. Sie liegt ideal in der Nähe zum Strand und auch die Busse sind zeitnah gut zu erreichen. Das Viertel hier ist angenehm. Auch von der Sauberkeit sind wir begeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aspectos positivos: Gute schnelle Betreuung bei Reparaturbedarf, gute Ausstattung, Taxi stand vor der Tür bei Abreise, obwohl nicht bestellt!, sehr schöne Terasse.

Aspectos negativos: laute Baustelle , Terrasse tagsüber nicht nutzbar, hierüber gab es im Vorwege keine Info. kein Wasserfilter, da das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar ist

Skønt ophold. Dejlig lejlighed med alt nødvendigt. Fantastisk terrasse med super udsigt. Også til naboen. Gode senge. Fu

Aspectos positivos: Lejligheden lå perfekt, med god udsigt til alle sider, fra især terrassen. Den lå tæt på den dejlige strand, hvor der var en strøm af turister, men vandet var perfekt. Det var dejligt at gå ned i byens smalle gader og gå omkring i et almindeligt område med “almindelige” mennesker, små butikker, tapasbarer mm. Indretningen af lejligheden var perfekt, men måske ikke specielt hyggelig.

Aspectos negativos: Lejligheden havde det der var behov for. Men - hvorfor er der ikke ekstra poser til skrald og hvorfor ingen køkkenrulle til køkkenrulleholderen? På den måde var den måske for enkel. Jeg undrer mig over, at der ikke er direkte lys ved køkkenbordet. En mangel, hvis man kan lide at lave mad. (Slet spørgsmålet: “hvad syntes du om personalet”?). Jeg mødte ikke nogen, der var “personale”!
