Aspectos positivos: La ubicación. Tranquila, sin ruidos, cerca del mar y de El Confital. Con súper y parada de bus muy cerca.
Aspectos negativos: Solo un cierto olor a desagüe, creo que de la salida del lavavajillas...

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento tenía de todo lo necesario, la ubicación genial cerquita de la playa de las canteras, y bastante tranquilo lo mejor la terraza.
Aspectos negativos: Tercer piso sin ascensor y aparcamiento sin pagar difícil.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was lovely, with a beautiful terrace, and it was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent—he was very open and always responded promptly. The apartment is also very close to the beach, which is a big plus. Honestly, I think it’s a great choice, even for a longer stay as it is fully equipped with everything you might need, from a washing machine to kitchenware, condiments, and more.

Aspectos positivos: We loved everything! 🙂 Great location with a short walk to the beach, all amenities nearby and free parking. The flat is lovely and spacious with everything you may need. Perfect place for a longer stay too. Great communication with the host. I’d stay again.

Pleasant stay near Las Canteras beach
Aspectos positivos: Roof top terrace is just like in pictures! Large, clean and furnished. There are two bedrooms both with 140 cm beds. Besides, there is well equipped kitchen and living room. Separate toilet and large bathroom are nice! Apartment is very clean and luminous. Quiet neighbourhood but still near all the services, beach and restaurants.
Aspectos negativos: The smell in larger bedroom (moisture or dust)

Wonderful time, great stay, romantic terrasse. Perfection!
Aspectos positivos: Excellent location, everything is like in the pictures, even better. The terrasse was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, cooking in this kitchen was a great experience, the shower is good, the washing machine works. Everything was wonderful! Next time we are in Las Palmas are we definetely coming back to this appartement! The communication with the host:10/10!
Aspectos negativos: There is no elevator. However, the stairs are comfortable and it is all worth when you can have this wonderful top terrasse all for yourself. Great experience!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung
Aspectos positivos: Die Lage zum Stadtstrand war sehr nah, darüber hinaus war es wunderbar ruhig. Der Stadtteil insgesamt ist eine Wohngegend, so dass der Touristentrubel wegfällt. Der große Balkon hat uns sehr gefallen, auf dem man auch im Dezember schön sitzen kann. Die gesamte Ausstattung war perfekt, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter jederzeit schnell, zuverlässig, angenehm und absolut zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder in diese Wohnung kommen.
Aspectos negativos: Es war alles in bester Ordnung!

Fantastiskt boende och fantastiska värdar som svarade snabbt via Messenger.
Aspectos positivos: Läget!! 5 min promenad till Las Canteras, mataffär och restauranger, Hyffsat lätt att hitta parkering runt omkring boendet. Magisk terrass, med både matgrupp för 6 personer och soffgrupp. En härlig markis som vi använde på kvällen när det blev lite fuktigare.
Aspectos negativos: Trappen till boende på våning 3 var väldigt trång
