Aspectos positivos: Todo de 10. El alojamiento súper acogedor, bien ubicado, limpio y con todo detalle. La anfitriona super atenta y amable. Lo recomendamos sin duda !

Aspectos positivos: Me encantó la terraza y las vistas que tiene el departamento, ademas es bastante grande y muy comodo. Amorosa la anfitriona.

Atico de lujo en la playa.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, terraza amplia, vistas al mar, limpieza, fácil acceso, trato excelente de anfitrión.

Aspectos negativos: El ático tiene buena ventilación pero en cuanto cierras ventanas hace calor en el interior.

A superb apartment on Las Canteras with the ultimate bonus of a great terrace.

Aspectos positivos: This beautiful clean apartment with excellent facilities has great views of Las Canteras Beach and is under 20m from the beach / promenade. The added bonus to this apartment is the terrace which had during our stay in March had the sun from sunrise until about 2-3pm. Sol's communication at booking and including the duration of our stay was informative and very much appreciated. Sol also arranged transfers with a local friendly taxi driver Pepin at a very competive price. We very much look forward to booking again as Las Palmas is our Canarian go to place for the brilliant restaurants, culture and a bit of retail therapy, which can only be found in Spains sixth largest city.

Outstanding apartment with great views

Aspectos positivos: Everything was perfect. The large bright apartment was on the 6th floor reached by a lift. Our host was really friendly and helpful and the apartment contained everything we needed and more! As well as lots of crockery, cutlery and utensils, we also had a beach bag, three beach towels and a cool box to take cans of drink to the beach. The bathroom contained large bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The terrace is large with a table and four chairs, one sun lounger and one beach chair. The view from the dining room is beautiful and whatever the weather or temperature you can enjoy this view. From the terrace you can see the beach on one side and the port on the other. The beach is just a minute away with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. There are also small supermarkets nearby and a large Hiperdino 10 mins walk near the port. The Aquarium, 10 mins walk away, is outstanding. Not to be missed.

Aspectos negativos: It is not the fault of the owner but in January when the sun is low, there is only sun on the terrace for 2 hours in the morning. Also it would be good to have 2 sun loungers not just one.

Aspectos positivos: Apartment just in few steps from the ocean with incredible view from the terrace. Everything you can need for first days like coffee, tea was prepared, even water and beer in the fridge. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Aspectos positivos: Alt. Koselig leilighet. Soverom med dobbeltseng, pluss eget rom med seng på terrassen. Nok skapplass med hengere. Nytt og fint kjøkken. Alt av utstyr. Og nok tallerkener og bestikk for å bruke oppvaskmaskinen. Det er ikke vanlig. Bra bad med varmt vann, som kom når man skrudde på. Stort spisebord i stue med utsikt. Stor terrasse med spisebord og stoler til 4 personer. 1 solstol. Sol på terrassen fra tidlig morgen til ca kl 14.00 i februar. Vann i kjøleskap og sjokolade på bordet ved ankomst gir alltid godt inntrykk. Veldig sentral beliggenhet. Granier, brød og kaker ligger 20 m fra utgangsdøra. Strand og Canteras promenaden på samme avstand. Bilutleie på hjørnet. 35 euro for en dag. Gratis parkering hvis leie over flere dager. Kontaktperson Sol er bare en drøm. Svarer omgående på henvendelser og står til tjeneste. Hun fant til og med leilighet til oss for neste år. Denne var allerede opptatt.

Aspectos negativos: Lenestolen i stue bør byttes. Ikke god å sitte i.

Ідеальна, чиста квартира з ідеальним розташуванням і прекрасною терасою

Aspectos positivos: Ідеальне розташування біля пляжу, тераса з якої видно океан, в квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного життя, ніби робили для себе а не просто для оренди. Власниця дуже привітна, з усім допомагала. Квартира чиста і охайна і ну дууууууже гарна

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento bello, comodo, posizione top (praticamente sopra il paseo di las canteras), balcone con vista stupenda. La padrona di casa è stata molto gentile e ci ha inviato un sacco di informazioni su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Consigliato perché merita 8) soggiorno!
