Aspectos positivos: SPOTLESS, SPACIOUS, fast internet connection and well equip KITCHEN and a PRIVATE roof top terrace, good neighbourhood. A very big plus was the welcoming gesture from the owner even though we haven't met. We appreciate it really, thank you very much!

Aspectos negativos: The initial approach with Juan Carlos was very convincing/perfect until two admin staff got involved leads into confusion. Communication turned into poor, the taxi driver drop us in different location but I managed to find the right address in the end via Google maps. It was confirmed in the booking: 2 bedrooms /2 bathrooms but we stayed in 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom apartment. As a good will gesture from the management and Juan Carlos we didn't pay the deposit for the apartment and we got compensated for the wrong accommodation. Apartment #1 is located in the 1st/floor, if you're sensitive to noise bring with you an earplugs. The apartment itself is a bit distant to Playa Canteras but we don't mind it as we love to walk but, if you don't like to walk 8 - 10 minutes this apartment is not for you.

Relaxed stay in lovely Las Palmes

Aspectos positivos: Superb location close to bus station, beach, boulevard, restaurants and supermarket. Roof terrace was excellent for coffee and afternoon drinks. Facilities are provided

Eine Top-Wohnung, sehr empfehelenswert.

Aspectos positivos: Die Wohnung ist geräumig, perfekt ausgestattet, alles vollkommen neu. Und sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts, von der Geschirrspülmaschine bis zum Kaffeemaschine, vom Sekt im Kühlschrank bis zum Olivenöl im Regal. Alles ist liebevoll gemacht. Zudem gibt es einen Extra-Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und einer eigenen kleinen Terrasse.

Aspectos negativos: Es fällt schwer, etwas Negatives zu berichten. Allerdings muss man wissen, daß die Wohnung ca 700 Meter, also 8-10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt liegt. Uns hat das nicht gestört, dafür liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Strasse und man bekommt etwas vom normalen Alltag in Las Palmas mit, in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befinden sich nicht-touristische Bars und Lebensmittelgeschäfte.
