Aspectos positivos: Piso muy acogedor y la anfitriona muy atenta y muy maja.

Aspectos positivos: The owners are really nice, they let us in earlier to leave the luggage, cause we arrived early. During the stay, they were asking how is everything, also gave some tips for the trip. The apartment is very clean, you can find everything needed and feel like at home. Apartment is everything what you might need - coffee, tea, sugar, salt. Bathroom has all amenities.

Aspectos negativos: The street is very noisy.

Cosy, comfy and spacious flat in great sea front location

Aspectos positivos: Rosi and Jesus greeted us and told us everything we needed to know about the flat, the apartment block and the parking. They were very kind and responsive at all times. We loved the location at the beginning of Las.Canteras beach, next to Las Arenas shopping centre, a bit further away from the busy northern part of the beach but so easy to drive in and out of Las Palmas and explore the island. The flat was perfect for two and Rosi and Jesus had also left some lovely local treats for us. Yes it did not have a sea view and there was a little bit of traffic on the back street but not anything serious to disturb us and the promenade was right at the front of the well looked after block. The flat was fully equipped with everything we needed and we loved the comfy sofas and large TV too when we took a rest in a couple of nights after dinner. Hope we can come back!

Aspectos positivos: Комфортні апартаменти з усім необхідним. Розташування не може бути кращим. Власниця квартири дуже мила і відповідальна.

Aspectos negativos: Ножі дуже тупі. Не зручно готувати вдома.

Aspectos positivos: Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, Einkaufszentrum nebenan und ein Pkw-Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Schnelle Anbindung an Autobahn.

Ne-a placut. Proprietarii foarte draguti si locatia foarte buna. Loc de parcare safe.

Aspectos positivos: Totul a fost foarte bine, managementul proprietarii foarte drăguți si amabili. Apartamentul dotat cu tot ce e nevoie, nu ne a lipsit nimic. Locația foarte buna fix in centrul turisic cu restaurante si terase si mallul langa ( care apropo are si carrefour). Loc de parcare subteran safe. Am fost foarte multumiti.

Aspectos negativos: Inafara de mobilierul putin invechit si boilerul cam micuț, au fost cele 2 puncte negative, insa cu siguranta se pot imbunatati in timp daca locatia e profitabila.
