Ocean view sunset terrace - near Anfi del Mar

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy bien equipado y muy cerca de un ascensor que te baja directamente a la playa. Dispone de dos terrazas, una inferior y otra superior enorme con unas vistas al mar increíbles. Está en una urbanización tranquila y en la que se puede acceder a una piscina comunitaria. Y muchas gracias a Elisabeth que nos recibió y nos ayudó en todo.

Aspectos positivos: Muy cerca de la playa y con unas vistas fantàsticas. Estuvimos 10 días y todos los dias aparquemos muy cerca. Tenían sombrillas de playa, silla, cosas para los niños para jugar.. Todo super bien.

Aspectos negativos: Todo muy bien

Aspectos positivos: La tranquilidad que hay es exquisita, se descansa y se desconecta bastante bien.

Aspectos negativos: Me gustó todo, lo único, por poner una pega, es que estaría bien que hubiera algún juego de mesa de los clásicos, pero por lo demás, todo excepcional.

Relaxing week in a wonderful area in the beautiful resort of Anfi.

Aspectos positivos: The host had left soap, toilet paper, condiments and a bottle of wine which was much appreciated. The outside spaces are wonderful with 2 separate areas to relax in. We really enjoyed our stay but some information/ recommendations about the area would have been helpful.

Aspectos negativos: We found some dead cockroaches on several occasions inside and outside the apartment and one day we even spotted a couple of live ones which we duly dispatched. Like a lot of Gran Canaria the apartment is on a hill so if you have mobility issues it might be a problem.

A lovely place to stay, especially if you have a car or don’t mind the 10 minute walk to the lift or the bus stop. Frien

Aspectos negativos: The property is a 10 minute walk to the lift to the beach, with steep uphill section on the way back. OK for able bodied people but could be difficult for those less mobile.

Beautiful sunset apartment close to Anfi Del Mar

Aspectos positivos: The location is so close to Anfi Del Mar. The sunsets on the top balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Aspectos negativos: The noise from the building site neighbouring the apartment in the morning was a nuisance on weekdays only but there is nothing the owners can do.

Great property with beautiful views

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was very clean and comfortable, we got perfect direction on how to get to the property. It was close to restaurants (15 min walk) and the beach. The views from the room terrace were gorgeous.

Aspectos negativos: One of the windows was broken but it was fixed as soon as we mentioned it. The swimming pool was closed due to it been repainted. Not properties fault.

Aspectos positivos: The outdoor space at the property is exceptional , with plenty of sunshades and furniture. Lovely new shower, although it had teething problems with the drainage that I am sure will be fixed. Great, responsive local agent, Elisabeth. When we reported that the air conditioning was not working it was fixed within 48 hours. Beds were comfortable.

Aspectos negativos: There is a lack of lighting to sit and play games on the lower patio after dark, since the main light is on timer. Washing machine drain does not cope/leaks and overflows all over the lower patio. Lack of wardrobe space in small bedroom, since most is taken up with mattress toppers.

Aspectos positivos: Clean and quiet apartment with good beds and real duvets. We found enough kitchen utensils and sundries for the 4 of us when we prepared simple meals in the apartment. Lovely view from the upper sun terrace and the shade on the lower one. Both terraces had decent furniture, which made it pleasant to enjoy meals and relax. We didn't have a car, but it was easy to take a bus both to Las Palmas and to Puerto Rico. Short walk to Anfi dstranden with good restaurants and Spar market. Traveled with 2 teenage girls spm wanted different activities. They could safely move down to the beach and the shopping area and the swimming pool separately. Joy was anwered always fast for our questions and cared we had everything we needed. We would absolutely choose this apartment and the Anfi area again.

Comfy apartment with beautiful view

Aspectos positivos: Very nice view, comfy big bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, two big furnished tarraces (lower with shadow, upper is more sunny with beautiful sunset view).

Aspectos negativos: During rain the glass blocks in kitchen were leaking a little. The lower tarrace stinks a bit near the table when it is wet outside.
