Excellent apartment

Aspectos positivos: Well appointed apartment, recently refurbished, in a great location for the dunes, beach, shops, restaurants and of course the centres, with a fabulous view from the lounge and terrace.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing to not like, but I didn't realise that it is a duplex, which is why it's a 9

Excellent facilities and great find

Aspectos positivos: The place is ideally located and central to bars, restaurants the beach and nightlife. Locally Spar and Hipperdino close by. The roof terrace is a great chill out space with complete privacy. Having access to the third room on the roof terrace was perfect. Toilet, shower, bed, sofa, coffee machine and fridge made it perfect for spending the day up there. We've actually booked to stay here again. Having a washing machine, dishwasher, beach towels, some toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel make it the PERFECT place if you only want to take hand luggage. We would definitely recommend. The host met us there and showed us round. Brilliant communication on hand should we have needed, but never did.

Aspectos negativos: The steps to the roof terrace are steep but that can't be helped. Most places like this in spain are the same when steps go to a roof terrace.

Extraordinary penthouse next to the beach with a great view over the mountains and sea

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was amazing. Normally i wouldn’t write a review but this apartment exceeded our expectations. It was our first time on the island therefore a lot to see. Right after opening the door, we were greeted by an astounding view of the beach through the panoramic window. All the rooms were impeccable and nicely air-conditioned. Our highlight was definitely the roof terrace. We were able to sunbathe and grill with a view over the whole ocean. A must is to watch the sunrise on the terrace. Being able to see how the sunbeams hit the mountains on our left was breathtaking. Not only the apartment was great but also the location. We had a community pool and were super close to the Dunes of Maspalomas. Nice restaurants and bars offered an amazing ending to a day. 10/10

Aspectos positivos: Der var stor leilighed ,stor terasse ,leiligheden var godt forsynet med fasiliteter,køkkenudstyr ,m.m.

Aspectos negativos: Pool omrádet var for langt fra selve leiligheden,passede ikke så godt til beskrivelsen,billeder på booking.com Terassen var på taget ,men meget snever trappe op til terassen.

Aspectos positivos: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und engagiert, vor Anreise, bei Ankunft, bei Abreise. Die Ausstattung des Apartments erstklassig (Geschirr, Küchengeräte, Handtücher (sogar Strand-Badetücher). Toller, großer Pool. Wunderbare Aussicht. Geschmackvolle, wertige Einrichtung. Das Zimmer auf der Terrasse riesig (sogar mit eigener Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank ausgestattet). Sehr gute Restaurants im selben Gebäude, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Supermärkte, deutscher Metzger, deutsche Bäckerei), Bushaltestelle, Taxistand, Apotheke wenige Gehminuten entfernt

Aspectos negativos: Eine kurze, aber irrsinnig steile und enge Treppe auf die Terrasse (Frühstück hinauf zu tragen war uns dadurch zu mühsam (aber der Ausblick aus dem Wohn-Esszimmer war auch schön). Eins der 3 Bäder ist extrem winzig, insbesondere die Dusche. Folgendes ist nicht die Schuld der Unterkunft, empfand ich persönlich dennoch als Nachteil: die Restaurants im EG unten sind zwar toll und auch wirklich gut, leider war die Küchenabluft auf der Terrasse ab der Mittagszeit zu riechen. Mal etwas mehr, mal weniger. Ich bin da eher empfindlich, meine Mitreisenden hat das wiederum nicht besonders gestört. Auch war auf der Terrasse immer eine leichte Brise, dadurch war es uns Abends auch zu kühl oben zu sitzen (letzte Märzwoche 2025). Zum nächsten Strandzugang sind es etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg (übers Annexo II)

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt in einem Appartment, das unter vielen doch sehr angenehm auffällt.

Aspectos positivos: Alles sehr sauber, gute Küchenausstattung, Aussicht von der Dachterasse. Lage direkt neben CITA erlaubt kurze Wege beim Einkauf und wer mag auch zum Essen. \

Schönes Apartment mit toller Dachterrasse

Aspectos positivos: Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit tollen Ausblick und sehr schöner Dachterrasse! Es gibt zwei Liegestühle und einen grossen Esstsch mit vier Stühlen auf der Dachterrasse, so dass das Frühstück schon mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick beginnen kann. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr empfehlenswert, da die kürzeste Entfernung zum Strand an den Dünen endet und diese fußläufig (wegen der Hitze) nur sehr schwer zu überqueren sind. An der Strandpromenade von der aus auch bequem ins Wasser gelaufen werden kann, befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz, der auch recht günstig ist (1,67 € pro Stunde). Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. In den unteren Schlafzimmer ist eine feste Klimaanlage installiert. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

Aspectos negativos: Ein Manko ist die sehr steile Treppe zur Dachterrasse. Man sollte also nicht allzu viel getrunken haben und muss sehr vorsichtig sein, wenn man Teller oder ähnliches von der Küche auf die Dachterrasse und zurück trägt. Die mobile Klimaanlage im oberen Schlafzimmer hat bei großer Hitze etwas Mühe den Raum gut zu kühlen.
