Aspectos positivos: La ubicación para donde íbamos perfecta, el piso estaba limpio todo perfecto, tuvimos un pequeño problema con la luz pero lo solucionamos pronto. Todo bien.

Aspectos negativos: No hay tostador para el pan y haría falta una sarten nueva por que la que hay se pega mucho, el sofá del salón lo notamos un poco unido cuando nos sentamos por lo que no quisimos darle mucho jaleo y utilizamos mas las sillas y la cama, luego nos escribieron diciendo que el sofá estaba roto cosa que nosotros no fuimos, por que cuidamos los pisos que alquilamos y nunca nos han dado una queja por nuestras estancias, el sofá es verdad que se veía muy antiguo ya.

Aspectos positivos: El piso es muy lindo muy cómodo amplio todas las instalaciones funcionan, la encargada del piso fue super amable con nosotros nos encantaría volver a tomarlo en otra oportunidad..

Aspectos negativos: Nada al respecto.

Aspectos positivos: Me gustó la ubicación al lado del jumbo con mucho ocio y restaurantes. El apartamento muy tranquilo sin nada de ruido. La atención por parte de Martha fue impecable. Me preocupaba los comentarios de otros huéspedes respecto a la cama. Se lo comenté a Martha y me dijo que esa misma semana se cambiaba. Estrené la cama y es súper cómoda.

Aspectos negativos: No tiene aire acondicionado. El dormitorio tiene 2 ventanas sin persiana y la cortina que tiene es totalmente traslúcida con lo cual una vez que amanece entra toda la luz. La limpieza se puede mejorar, había bastante polvo encima de algún mueble en el salón. En general está todo un poco viejo.

Fin de semana en la Suit Yumbo

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excepcional, al lado de varios supermercados y del cc Yumbo, y el piso estaba limpio y bien cuidado. Disfrutamos mucho también de la piscina.

Aspectos negativos: El colchón es algo viejo, se notaban los muelles de la cama. También reseñar que el apartamento no cuenta con microondas y faltaban algunos productos de limpieza y utensilios de cocina que consideramos esenciales. Por lo demás, el apartamento es fantástico :)

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excepcional. El apartamento es muy completo y acogedor. Ideal que haya piscina y además estaba muy limpia..

Aspectos negativos: Por poner una pega, el colchón es bastante incómodo, se te clavan los muelles en la espalda. Por lo demás, todo está perfecto.

Maravilloso todo

Aspectos positivos: Todo excelente. Apartamento perfectamente equipado con todas las comodidades y Muy limpio! Edificio tranquilo y seguro. El trato exquisito de la anfitriona maravillosa con todas las facilidades.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación y la amabilidad de la propietaria. Además, nos dejó hacer el check-out más tarde, lo que se agradece mucho

Aspectos negativos: Creo q habria que cambiar el colchon de era muy incomoda (se notaban los muelles).

Wonderful apartment & host

Aspectos positivos: Everything was perfect from start to finish. The help (see below), communication & information from the host (Martha) was first class. The property had the 4 things I look for & value most in accommodation - location, clean, quiet & comfortable. The was especially comfortable & the shower was hot & powerful. I didn't get the chance to use the pool but it looked lovely. I would happily recommend this property & wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Aspectos negativos: I wouldn't class this as something I didn't like, but beware of a breeze blowing through the apartment & shutting the front door behind you! It is a self-locking door & you need the keys to open it, so if you don't have them on you - as I didn't - you will be locked out. This happened to me not long after I had arrived, but Martha was very quick & helpful to resolve the situation - despite it being my own fault! Fantastic service from a fabulous host!

Great location, nice well-equipped apartment but do beware the lack of a balcony.

Aspectos positivos: I had to book somewhere at the last minute as my previous hotel cancelled with two days' notice. Luckily I found this apartment was free. The location is excellent, on the main bus route, and the Yumbo centre is literally across the road. There was a nice view out across a sea of private villas, and even the real sea in the distance. Excellent fast free wi-fi. I was stupid enough to lose my keys on Day 4 and Martha made the long drive down from Las Palmas to help me. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and there's a washing machine in the bathroom. Despite being in the middle of everything, it's very quiet.

Aspectos negativos: I didn't realise when booking that there is no balcony at this apartment. My fault. In winter it can be a bit chilly for sitting out but I imagine you'd really miss a balcony in summer. This next one is very subjective but the bed was too soft for me - I have back problems and prefer something really hard. And just to let people know, there are no staff on duty at the apartment block.

Perfect for a short stay - location, felt very safe and secure and plenty space.

Aspectos positivos: Location and size for a one bed is very good, I thought I’d miss not having a balcony but you don’t really miss it - and makes the lounge diner much bigger.

Aspectos negativos: Tiny little thing but pillows were more like large cushions rather than pillows but that’s really it! The boiler was a little temperamental sustaining hot water for the shower but got it eventually.
