Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está totalmente renovado, tiene todo lo que tiene que tener, aire acondicionado,no eche de menos nada

Aspectos negativos: La ubicación, esta más lejos de la playa de lo que pensaba y las zonas comunes del edificio muy antiguas

Aspectos positivos: Nos gustó todo,el apartamento es perfecto no le faltaba detalle, la limpieza, ubicación, todo estaba muy bien,el recibimiento muy bien,la piscina,. Aveces no entiendo algunos comentarios, hay que valorar mas y quejarse menos. Enhorabuena por todo ,volveremos. Muchas gracias 😘

Aspectos positivos: Es un apartamento pequeño, pero suficiente para 2 personas de vacaciones, muy limpio y muy cuidado, todo muy nuevo y con todo lo necesario

Aspectos negativos: Tendrían que ver cómo solucionar lo de las mini hormigas en el baño y en la encimera de la cocina. También deberían poner bien el nombre de los apartamentos LA COLINA, para estar más fácil su localización, no está lejos de la playa, pero al estar en alto, don 153 escalones que cuesta un poco subir,

Aspectos positivos: Very nice and cozy apartment with seaview balcony. Balcony door can be fully opened which was very confortable. Fully equipped kitchen, also an oven and a freezer. We appreciated laundry machine because we stayed almost two weeks in the apartment. Location is excellent, close to the sea and also close to bus stop where you can take the local busses to the airport, to Las Palmas, to Faro and to Puerto Mogan just to mention few. The pool was nice too. Alessia was very helpful and answered quickly to our questions.

Aspectos negativos: The address is not clear. The property is called Las Colinas. Nobody knew Sea View Blue Apartment and because there was a carnival the host could not meet us so on arrival we did not know where the keys were or if we were at the correct property.

Heerlijk modern appartement met geweldig uitzicht op goede locatie.

Aspectos positivos: Appartement is super nieuw en modern met alles wat je nodig hebt. Uitzicht is erg goed over de zee. Balkon heeft de hele dag zon. Dichtbij strand, restaurants etc. Het viel ons op hoe rustig de omgeving is terwijl er veel appartementengebouwen zijn.

Aspectos negativos: Niets om over te klagen. De stoelen op het balkon waren niet erg comfortabel. Het appartement is klein maar verder geweldig.

Zéér aanbevolen locatie

Aspectos positivos: Heel netjes, leek wel Pas Nieuw? Minsten pas echt helemaal opgeknapt? Mooie uitzicht op oceaan Perfect geregelde sleuteloverdracht!

Aspectos positivos: Gute Lage in San Agustin. Vom Balkon wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer. Pool und Anlage sehr gepflegt. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Neu renoviert.

Gut gelegenes, modernes Apartment in Strandnähe.

Aspectos positivos: Ein schönes Apartment mit moderner Ausstattung, strandnahe und ruhige Lage, die Küche war gut ausgestattet, verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegen. Der Strand von San Agustin ist wirklich sehr schön!

Aspectos negativos: Die Dusche war viel zu klein, der Duschkopf (Regendusche) war für den niedrigen Wasserdruck total ungeeignet und sollte dringend ausgewechselt werden, eine separate bewegliche Brause wäre deutlich besser. Das Schlafzimmer ist fensterlos. Die Kaffemaschine sollte mal ausgewechselt werden. Die Parkplatzsuche ist in der Umgebung wirklich schwierig, wenn man mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Letztlich waren es Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten.
