Ocean Apartment Gran Canaria

Enjoyed the apartment but need a car to get around as the balcony was only in the sun for first few hours we didn’t use

Aspectos positivos: Great sea view Small but comfortable and had everything we needed

Aspectos negativos: No late sun on the balcony only in the morning. Was to far to restaurants and bars Sun beds not comfortable and pool area very overlooked

Aspectos positivos: We had a warm welcome and the checkout was also easy. There is a lot of space in the appartement and there are also spices, oil, vinegar, tea and coffee in the kitchen. Also the bathroom was clean and very well equipped (shower foam, shampoo, soap, washing machine...). There are two beaches next to the appartement, one with stones and one with sand. The next bus stop is just 10 minutes of walking away and there are good connections. It was a great stay, thank you 😀

Aspectos negativos: Sometimes you have to park 10 minutes away and you have to be experienced in parking. But that's a common problem on Gran Canaria. It was no problem for us but could be with bigger cars. 😉

Great sea views and excellent value!

Aspectos positivos: Lovely direct sea views with the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you might need. Excellent value for money. Loved the location as it was quiet and peaceful. Decent small supermarket nearby and a few great restaurants in Bahia Feliz (20 min walk) and a short 5 mins car journey (or 35mins walk with steps and steep hills) to nearby San Agustin. Chris was a friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond. Can’t praise him enough.

Aspectos negativos: Didn’t bother us but there are lots of steps and steep hills to and from the property. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. A car would have been useful but we were happy to go on long walks to restaurants and surrounding beaches.

A little bit of paradise

Aspectos positivos: The studio apartment is in a great location with a fantastic sea view. Just a short walk down to the beach below. A quiet area away from the bigger resorts nearby around 30/40 minutes walk to Playa del Ingles but with its own smaller number of great restaurants shops and bars close by. (We particularly liked Bamira) Has everything you need for a great stay like coffee machine and cooking equipment. Comfortable bed and lovely bedding and soft furnishings and great sized TVs in bedroom and lounge for watching Netflix :) The pool is great and lots of sun beds available. Great communication with the rental team who were just lovely and helpful. Towels and bedding changed midweek. Loved our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing low-key holiday with amenities all around and the view and sound of the sea.

Aspectos negativos: It’s on a something of a hillside location so bear in mind if you aren’t able to walk up and down easily.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is super clean. Appliances are brand new. 2 large screen tv on every room, a/c as well, big refrigerator. The shower is really good. Washing machine with anything to clean. The balcony is facing sea, amazing view. The host is superb and waited for us in late check-in. Also gives good tips on activities. Really liked the pool area. Will definitely come back.

Aspectos negativos: Free parking near compleks could be challenging, especially on evenings and weekends, but the host will give you a tip where to park a 5 min. walk away.

Aspectos positivos: Logement extrêmement bien équipé. Loin du tourisme de masse de la Playa des Ingles.

Aspectos negativos: Voiture indispensable. La plage la plus proche n'est pas terrible (galets).

Aspectos positivos: Chris ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer und großzügiger Gastgeber. Er reagiert bei Fragen sofort, vieles war im Überfluss vorhanden (Kücherollen, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeetabs, Waschmittel usw. Sogar einen Willkommensgruß in Form 2 Piccolo's und einem 6er-Pack Wasser!) Die Wohnung und der Blick sind wie aus den Fotos! Ein Traum! Wir haben uns extrem wohl und willkommen gefühlt!

Aspectos negativos: Uns hat ALLES gefallen Es gibt höchstens einen Tipp: Die Deckel passen nicht auf die Töpfe und ein zusätzlich größerer Top wäre toll. Aber das ist nun wirklich Motzen auf hohem Niveau.

Wir würden das Apartment immer wieder buchen!

Aspectos positivos: Der Gastgeber war toll! Sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Aspectos negativos: Natürlich ist das Appartment etwas abgelegen und nicht direkt am Geschehen. Die Wanderung am Strand bis Playa del Inges dauert, je nach Fitness, ca. 1-1,5 Stunden.

Aspectos positivos: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Danke an Chris der uns vorab viele Infos hat zukommen lassen. Gesamte Anlage sowie Pool sind gepflegt. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen.

Aspectos negativos: Die Suche nach einem Parkplatz kann manchmal eine Herausforderung sein.

Sehr sauber und schön

Aspectos positivos: Sehr sauber mit schönem Ausblick. Für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Chris, unser Ansprechpartner kümmert sich umgehend um alles, super nett und kompetent! Nah an de Strand, man schläft quasi beim Wellenrauschen.

Aspectos negativos: Zum Strand führen Treppen und ist steinig. Die Parksituation ist katastrophal, es gibt kaum Parkplätze, man fährt lange herum um etwas zu finden. Die Straßen führen bergauf was nicht jedem geeignet ist, dies hätten wir wissen müssen. Dazu wird man dermaßen zugeparkt, dass das Auto stellenweise stehen bleiben muss. Es gibt kaum Restaurants die fussläufig erreichbar sind.
