Aspectos positivos: El trato con la dueña muy atenta desde principio y con detalla de tener una caja de estrella Galicia en la nevera. Ubicación próximo al centro comercial, restaurantes y a la playa de Maspalomas. Cama cómoda y piso reformado en un urbanización con dos piscinas

Un apartamento renovado y en perfectas condiciones. Comunicación con propietaria impecable

Aspectos positivos: El contacto con Melanie, antes, durante y después de la estancia ha sido MAGNIFICA. El apartamento esta renovado y MUY BIEN, con TODAS las ventajas para su uso ( menaje de cocina, electrodomesticos, armarios, lavadora, el sofa cama, TV, todo esta nuevo. La terraza es un poco justa, pero cumple su función perfectamente. Tienes un supermarket a 20m de casa. Tienes plaza de parking, pero mejor que no aparques debajo de los arboles.JJ.

Aspectos negativos: El edificio, los ascensores, etc tienen sus años.

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento recién renovado. Muy luminoso, está todo nuevo y bien equipado , súper limpio. Se duerme de lujo en la amplia cama, la urbanización muy tranquila. El sofá cama es muy cómodo. Melany es un encanto y te ayudará en todo lo que necesites. Dispone de plaza de aparcamiento y está muy cerca de tiendas, supermercados y el jumbo. Espero poder volver

Aspectos positivos: El trato recibido tanto del propietario hacia el huésped fue muy bien , hablando sobre el apartamento estaba todo nuevo ha estrenar ha parte de limpio y super organizado tenía de todo lo necesario para vivir unas vacaciones espectaculares sin duda volveremos ha repetir la experiencia de este fabuloso apartamento lo recomiendo ha todo el mundo.

Aspectos positivos: Apartment was clean, modern and contained everything we needed, including fully equipped kitchen. Host responded quickly to messages and very friendly. We had a late flight and we were able to have a late check out which was very much appreciated.

Aspectos negativos: We were aware that hot water in shower didnt last for 2 people, but in ten minutes, water is hot enough again so not really a problem amd easily managed.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location in the centre of Maspalomas, within walking distance of restaurants, dunes, nearby beaches, Playa del Inglés and longer walk to San Agustín. Apartment is well-presented and, although close to main junction was sufficiently quiet while I was there in late November. Definitely recommend for winter sun.

Aspectos negativos: Apartment building is dated and could do with TLC (work was ongoing while I visited).

A great place to stay, highly recommended

Aspectos positivos: Really nice, modern and clean apartment that had everything we needed. Parking for our hire car was secure and we always managed to find a space. Melanie met us with the keys, showed us everything we needed and was always available if we needed anything. We had a late flight on our last day and were able to keep hold of the apartment for a few extra hours.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment complex itself is very old but is currently being renovated. The balcony view looks out on another old apartment block. Not a negative but something to be aware of: the shower in the apartment is great and powerful but the hot water runs out quickly; there's plenty for one shower but then you need to wait 20-30 minutes before it's ready to go again if there's more than one of you.

Great Apartment - Unbeatable Value

Aspectos positivos: It was scrupulously clean, it had everything I needed, a full kitchen, a good iron, the furniture and the décor was new and attractive, and a comfortable balcony over the pool. A cute little restaurant downstairs. It's in a great place so it's easy to orient yourself and get anywhere easily. This really surprised me because the price was really good. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Aspectos positivos: Good location, walking distance to the beaches, places to eat that are good and not overpriced, right at the border for the tourist area. You have also a parking spot inside which is a plus. You have all the usual facilities in the apartment and the owner is also friendly and you can ask her anything.

Aspectos negativos: Building is getting old, but apartment is recently renovated.

Gut ausgestattetes Appartment in zentraler Lage

Aspectos positivos: Das Appartment ist geräumig und vollumfänglich mit allem, was man so braucht, ausgestattet. Von einem Flur gehen Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnbereich mit Küche ab. Es ist zentral gelegen, um alles in Maspalomas wie auch San Fernando, aber auch darüber hinaus gut zu erreichen. Unten sind mehrere Restaurants und gegenüber liegt ein Supermarkt. Schön ist auch der Balkon mit Poolblick. Der Kontakt zu Melanie als Vermieterin war bestens. Gleich gut für die Kommunikation war, dass sie auch Deutsch spricht.

Aspectos negativos: Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Alles soweit perfekt, als einzige Empfehlung wäre innerhalb der Duschkabine eine Halterung/Schale für Duschgel, Seife oder ähnliches anzubringen, um beim Duschen nicht immer auf den Boden oder außerhalb der Duschkabine greifen zu müssen.
