Aspectos positivos: Buena ubicación . Muy céntrico :) y Nino muy amable ! Repetiremos!

Aspectos positivos: La flexibilidad de Nino para la entrada y salida y que el apartamento tiene de todo, muy recomendable

Aspectos negativos: Nada

Alojamiento en Maspalomas para ver el sur de la isla. Dos días en el apartamento muy bien.

Aspectos positivos: Tiene internet wifi y TV. Se puede aparcar razonablemente bien en los alrededores. Tiene dos piscinas con buena pinta, aunque nosotros no las utilizamos. Buenas vistas desde la pequeña terraza.

Aspectos negativos: Deberían colocar una cortina oscura o persiana en la ventana del dormitorio ya que entra la luz del rellano exterior iluminado y no se puede dejar el dormitorio a oscuras por la noche. El comedor/cocina tiene dos niveles con un escalón, hay que tener cuidado de no caerse.

Aspectos positivos: We loved the pool, it was very quiet and chill, wifi worked great, balcony view was amazing and it was just how it was in the pictures. A lot of older people there though didn’t really see anyone in their 20s but it was okay because it was quiet and restaurant staff were friendly

Perfect stay in a quiet and well-equipped apartment

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful, spotless apartment with a lovely view of the pools and sunsets. Fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and a nice terrace with seating. Located in a large, quiet, and secure complex with bars and refreshments on site. Easy self check-in with clear instructions from the host and free parking available directly at the property. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended.

Aspectos positivos: Our stay was absolutely amazing! The accommodation was perfect in every way – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The view was simply breathtaking, making our stay even more special. On top of that, our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. We truly had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Pleasant, quiet and relaxing stay

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was newly refurbished, and although small, was very comfortable for 2 people. The gardens and pools were nice and it was particularly good to have an outside heated pool. There was a small shop on the ground floor and there were 2 supermarkets within a short walk and the nearest resturant was about 10 - 15 minutes walk away.

Aspectos negativos: The building was a little old fashioned, and the beach etc were quite a walk. The apartment got late afternoon sun, and got quite hot then.

Great accommodation with good facilities.

Aspectos positivos: Lovely spacious apartment, very clean and good kitchen, great balcony. Five swimming pools, one was heated, just what was needed in January.

Aspectos negativos: nothing to mention

Aspectos positivos: What I've loved most is that the use of swimming pools were for free for the residents and one of them got warm water. Second this was to admire the sunset from the little balcony.
