Aspectos positivos: Very close to amenities, beautiful apartment. Owners were always easy to contact.

Aspectos negativos: Few minor stuff like stain on sofa, scuffs all over the walls. Paul facilities weren’t very good cigarette buds everywhere. There is a washing machine. But it would be good if you could provide at least 1or2 washing tablets.

10 days in Playa del Ingles

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is in the Habitat building which has undergone renovation over recent years, the pool area in particular is really good. The apartment is very modern, fresh and comfortable with pretty much everything you might need even for a longer stay, my friend and I were only there for 10 days. The apartment is on the top floor and had great views over Playa del Ingles. There is natural light in the bathroom from the skylight which is very rare in the area. There were plenty of hangers in the main wardrobe.

Aspectos negativos: My friend found the bed in the second bedroom to be really narrow and resorted to moving the mattress onto the floor for fear of falling out during the night. The wardrobe in the main bedroom is a rather strange design, there are 3 hanging rails, 2 of them were inaccessible to me unless I stood on something, the third one was really low but was easier for me to get to. I've added a photograph to illustrate my point.

Clean and comfortable apartment.

Aspectos positivos: Clean apartment. Comfortable beds and sofa. Views to the sea. Nice and warm in the evenings. Shutters allow you to keep the sun out if it’s too hot. Convenient for supermarket and main road/motorway. Parking onsite. Plenty of hanging space and drawers. Excellent lighting everywhere. Plenty of sockets. Cooking equipment provided was good for self catering. Nicely decorated with art and decorations.

Aspectos negativos: Could have done with lids for saucepans and also a medium sized pan. Would be useful to have instructions about where the recycling and bins are located. Arrival instructions could be slightly improved by providing a photo showing lifts. 2nd bedroom could do with a small bedside table instead of the easel.

Aspectos positivos: Splendido appartamento, tutto pulito, ben organizzato ed arredato con gusto, bel bagno, cucina ben attrezzata, letti comodi. Bel terrazzino con vista stupenda, Comodissimo il parcheggio riservato al condominio. Posizione non centralissima ma ben servito da ristoranti e negozi, nel complesso c'è anche una caffetteria gestita da italiani. Consigliato vivamente.

Aspectos negativos: Con una lavastoviglie sarebbe stato perfetto
