Aspectos positivos: La entrega y despedida de llaves con modales excelentes, la urbanización cómoda, sin ruidos, segura y un lujo de piscina. Fácil aparcamiento.

Nos ha gustado mucho.

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación. Cercanía a la piscina. Urbanización muy tranquila. Apartamento recién reformado. Facilidad de aparcamiento. La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable y atenta.

Aspectos negativos: El desagüe de la ducha olía. La chica nos comentó que era problema de los vecinos.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was amazing , we were greeted by Grazia who showed us around and gave us all the relevant information. The apartment was clean , more than enough towels and extra blankets . The cleanliness was of high standards . The salt water swimming pool definitely was a plus with very tidy and clean grounds , the little bar near the swimming pool had the best pizza and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a great place with a great location. Bus at the door and the local taxis are not overly expensive into the beach . We definitely recommend and will surely come back . Thank you

Really comfortable property and an amazing base to explore Gran Canaria from using public transport.

Aspectos positivos: Grazia, the manager was very efficient and kept in contact via WhatsApp.. She met me at the property and spent time showing me around. The property is clean, light and airy. There is a microwave, hob and good sized fridge freezer although no conventional oven. Cleaning equipment is provided and the kitchen is also well equipped. I found the bed to be very comfortable and lots of spare linen and extra blankets were provided. The property complex is also adjacent to the local botanical gardens, which are free of charge to visit. Playa des Ingles is the nearest beach resort and is about 30 minutes walk away, there is also a very efficient bus service close by which makes the rest of the island pretty accessible. Faro de Maspalomas is easily reached by the local bus and has a more upmarket vibe than Playa des Ingles. The complex has a small supermarket which is well stocked and competitively priced.

Aspectos negativos: Although not an issue for me, it's worth noting this property isn't actually a bungalow, it's a two storey apartment. The shower room and bedroom is upstairs and there isn't a handrail, which might be worth knowing for anyone with mobility issues? Although kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper and oil were available, it would have been helpful for a bottle of water to have been left in the fridge.
