Aspectos positivos: El Departamento Beach Front Melenara es simplemente increíble, tanto por la instalación y la ubicación frente al mar. Cuenta con todos lo necesario para estancias cortas y largas. Yo estuve 45 días y me sentí completamente en casa. Los anfitriones son excelentes, están siempre pendientes y te ayudan con lo que necesites. Se nota la dedicación y el amor que le han puesto a esta residencia vacacional. Supero mis expectativas completamente, sin duda volvería.
Aspectos negativos: Lo único a mencionar es que no hay ascensor, si bien no es problema porque esta en el tercer piso, es algo a tener en cuenta si transportas maletas grandes o algún equipaje pesado.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación con vistas estupendas, y sobretodo la amabilidad de los propietarios atendiendo nuestras consultas y preocupándose de nuestro confort. En el piso hay de todo y hace la estancia muy cómoda.

Aspectos positivos: The flat is gorgeous, the view is stunning and the location is excellent!
Aspectos negativos: Everything was great, if I had to be picky, the pillows were not the best, mine got lumpy after a few days but the mattress was very comfortable!

Fantastic apartment and great hosts!
Aspectos positivos: Everything was so perfect. The flat is bright, clean and cozy, with an incredible beach view. We had everything we needed. Silvia and Ingo were fantastic hosts - kind, welcoming, and available to answer all our questions. We couldn't choose a better location to explore this part of Gran Canaria. We will come back soon. We would warmly recommend this apartment! :)

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is practically perfect, cozy, spacious, spectacular views, 2 minutes from the beach and with all the little things you need to live inside (banally there were detergents, oil, salt, vinegar, etc.) The owner was also very friendly, kind and quick in response, nothing to complain. This apartment is ideal for those who want to stay away from the crowded tourist places
Aspectos negativos: If we want to find defects are in the parking lot, of which the apartment has no but can be found in the area, obviously not under the house, and in the fact that it is on the third floor without an elevator. These two factors make check-in and check-out less \

Perfektes Apartment am Strand
Aspectos positivos: Dieses Apartment ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Strand mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke und es gibt genügend Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Im Apartment ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden, was man braucht: Kaffee, Kaffeemaschine, Gewürze, Öl, Sonnenschirm, Liege, Strandtücher, etc. Man kann also erstmal in Ruhe ankommen und muss nicht gleich einkaufen gehen um einen Kaffee zu trinken. Die Vermieter sind super nett und immer zugänglich für Fragen und Tipps. Wir haben bereits wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Höchste Empfehlung!

Aspectos positivos: Locatie, goede restaurants in de buurt en de lekkerste ijssalon vlak bij. Spar vlak bij .
Aspectos negativos: Nvt voor ons maar is goed om te weten 3e verdieping zonder lift en soms geluid van de drukte van de restaurants.

Vi hade allt som allt två härliga veckor i Melenara. Värdfamiljen svarade väldigt snabbt och trevligt på de frågor vi ha
Aspectos positivos: Ljus och trevlig lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till fina bad. Lägenheten är utrustad med allt man behöver för att laga mat, äta, vila och sova gott. Melenara är en fin ort med möjlighet att promenera utmed havet till La Garita och Selenara. Flera restauranger som bl a serverar god färsk fisk finns alldeles intill. Familjen har väldigt bra information samlad i en mapp på bordet. Att ingredienser till matlagning som olja, vinäger, salt och kryddor finns i skåpen gör att man enkelt kan laga mat utan att behöva börja med inköp.
Aspectos negativos: Lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen och utan hiss i huset är det lite jobbigt att bära resväskor upp och ned och är man äldre drar man sig för att gå upp och ner många gånger varje dag. Saknade också balkong/terrass även om fönstren går att öppna upp. För att ta sig till Spar är det många trappsteg att besegra. Folklivet på restaurangerna i bottenvåningen var vissa kvällar lite störande.

Appartamento vista oceano
Aspectos positivos: Appartamento bellissimo! Situato proprio di fronte all'oceano, con una vista spettacolare. È dotato praticamente di tutto, non manca nulla. Arredato molto bene, salotto bellissimo e cucina grandissima. Due camere da letto e bagno con lavatrice e asciugatrice.I proprietari davvero gentili e disponibili, pronti a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. Sotto l 'appartamento c'è tutto, dai ristoranti a bar a supermercato. La spiaggia Melenara è proprio di fronte all' appartamento, basta uscire ed è lì, a pochissimi passi. Ci mancherà sicuramente addormentarci con il suono dell' oceano, ma sicuramente torneremo 😊
