Excelentes vacaciones
Aspectos positivos: No puedo estar más contenta han sido una estancia maravillosa y alice es encantadora atenta y muy servicial ha sido una anfitriona espectacular , el alojamiento increíble no puedo estar más contenta

Convenient location with exceptional view from a terrace.
Aspectos positivos: Reach the host and communicate was very easy. Location is exceptionally convenient. The beach, parking, supermarket, several restaurants, bus stop - everything is near. Patalavaca is relatively calm and not crowded place. The flat with a fantastic view from a terrace is well equipped. Thank you Alice for a pleasant stay.
Aspectos negativos: Probably the only thing which irritated little bit was lack of lighting in the rooms. Some lights did not function at all.

Lovely apartment with amazing views right on the beach.
Aspectos positivos: We loved the location of the apartment. It overlooks the the beach, which is much quieter than the big resorts. The flat was spacious and had everything we needed. Including beach towels. There is air conditioning which was needed while we were there in November. Alice was there to meet us on our arrival and was very helpful. When we requested another key she brought it around within minutes. The flat is on the 12th floor and there are shops on the car park level (8). There is a lift down to the ground (beach level). There’s a good choice of restaurants and other beaches to visit. The sea was lovely for swimming in. If I was visiting Gran Canaria again I would definitely want to stay here.

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage ist perfekt und mit Parkplatz und deutschem Bäcker 😂im Gebäude-Apotheke und Supermarkt/ Friseur und einer Bushaltestelle vor der Tür . Alles perfekt 👍die Aussicht ist fantastisch 👍💕
Aspectos negativos: Leider wurde unterhalb des App Baumaßnahmen durchgeführt- dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, aber es war schade

Aspectos positivos: Puiki vieta, restoranai, paplūdimys, promenada, parduotuvės, vaistinė viskas čia pat. Miesto centras netoli. Nuomavomės automobilį, parkingas prie pat. Šalia autobusų stotelė. Jaukus nedidelis paplūdimys. Gultai mokami, bet visada jų yra laisvų. Smėlis ir krante, ir vandenyje. Gyvenome 12 aukšte, todėl girdėjome ne tik bangas, bet ir vėją. O vaizdas į vandenyną - nepakartojamas. Saulėlydžiai per didžiulį balkono langą, įrėmintą lyg ekranas - nepakartojami. Apartamentai dideli ir jaukūs, juose yra viskas, ko gali prireikti atostogaujant. Esame patenkiti praleistu laiku juose.

Superbe séjour, merci Alice
Aspectos positivos: L’appartement est magnifique, la vue superbe. Très propre, bien équipé, excellente literie. Alice est toujours à l’écoute et très réactive.
Aspectos negativos: La faible qualité de la Wifi suffit pour consulter les mails et lire le journal (entre 3 et 8Mbs) mais ne permet d’utiliser la télé et le streaming comme on le voudrait. Alice a promis d’y remédier très vite. L’appartement est orienté N-N/O (291°). Personnellement nous avons manqué de soleil sur la terrasse en ce mois de février, mais la plage est accessible directement par l’ascenseur de l’immeuble et elle est très ensoleillée.

Aspectos positivos: Lenyűgöző szállás, teljes kényelem és luxus, varázslatos óceánpart, fantasztikus kilátás! New York-tól Párizsig már nagyon sok nyaralásunk volt, de ez a lux penthouse egyszerűen tökéletes volt az egész család számára!
Aspectos negativos: Nincs ilyen.

L’une de mes destinations préférées.
Aspectos positivos: L’emplacement est incroyable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les alentours. La réaction immédiate à nos questionnements avant le départ et sur place. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr. Pour une première expérience au canari, on est tombé sur ue. Hôte magnifique et un endroit de rêve. Merci pour tout. Mariam
