Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment near Puerto Rico beach

Aspectos positivos: Todo el apartamento muy bien ubicado y limpio y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tus vacaciones

Aspectos negativos: La televisión no funcionaba y que no tiene piscina creo que deberían comentar en el anuncio que los apartamentos no disponen de piscina para que no les pase a otras personas lo que a mí que cuando lo cogí y ya lo había pagado me di cuenta de que no había visto ninguna foto de piscina con lo cual ya no podía hacer nada porque era no reembolsable 😢😢

Aspectos positivos: Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa, los anfitriones atentos y me facilitaron aparcamiento

Aspectos negativos: No tiene fácil acceso para carritos o sillas de rueda

Aspectos positivos: Most comfortable beds we've found in the Canaries yet. Absolute silence at night. Friendly neighbors. Excellent and prompt communication with the owner. The accommodation feels like a real home, not just a rental. Great layout for a family with children. Only a few steps to the beach. The covered terrace was perfect for remote work—I spent whole days working there. Lovely new bathroom.

Aspectos negativos: Weak wifi. If you have to work, you need your own hotspot. It's no issue because an eSIM with data is cheap on Gran Canaria.

Decent but needs some improvements,maybe a new refreshing paint all over and change the bed sheets,

Aspectos positivos: Gala and Jan were very nice and helpful, the self- checkin process was straightforward, the location of the apartment was perfect, very close to the beach, restaurants, they even recommend a nice locall gentleman for the transfer from the airport. I would recommend and definitely come back, if some improvements will be made.

Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets, duvets, pillows, the pillow cases and duvets covers, were all in bad condition, very old, and time-worn, looked that were not replaced for very, very long time ( and not very clean either, i am sure were washed, but i would recommend some new one) In the apartment there is no air-conditioning, so in the summer time, I cannot imagine how hot is.

Nice holiday home

Aspectos positivos: Location was just best possible. No noicy bars nearby and no steps to reach. Beach also very close.

Aspectos negativos: Beds could have been more comfy.

Aspectos positivos: Breakfast wasn’t included as it was an apartment rental. But breakfast was available locally on the beach. Nice menu and good value. Gala was communicative.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing I can think of. Nice addition would be portable beach chairs.

Aspectos positivos: Brilliant position. Good communication with owner. Easy arrival and leaving. Parking. Clean and tidy.

Three of us stayed here in Sept. Easy to access. Short walk to beach. Very clean.

Aspectos positivos: Nice cosy apartment. Excellent location. Wanted for nothing. Good communication with host.
