Aspectos positivos: Mi estancia fue excelente. El alojamiento es muy cómodo, limpio y acogedor, perfecto para descansar y sentirse como en casa. El anfitrión Matteo fue un 10: siempre atento, comunicativo y resolutivo ante cualquier duda o necesidad. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque una experiencia agradable y sin preocupaciones. ¡Repetiría sin dudarlo!

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy acogedor y con unas vistas maravillosas. Estaba muy limpio y disponía de todo lo necesario para hacer nuestra estancia más cómoda. La atención del dueño fue muy buena.

Aspectos positivos: todo las instalaciones de a 10👌🏼 las fotos no le hacen justicia a todo el lugar ,el servicio y atención del anfitrión de maravilla, detallista con todo y muy cómodos, regresaremos sin duda

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena experiencia, Matteo es una gran anfitrión. El apartamento está perfectamente reformado y equipado hasta el más mínimo detalle, con una carta de bienvenida y bastantes amenities incluidos para que te sientas como en casa nada más llegar. Luce mejor que en las fotografías del anuncio, es amplio a pesar de ser un apartamento, esta ubicado en un complejo muy tranquilo.

Aspectos negativos: Como único handicap le pondría la necesidad de tener coche para moverse fácilmente por la zona.

Aspectos positivos: Me gustó todo del alojamiento!los muebles, la cocina tenía de todo para poder cocinar y el baño muy grande! Muy muy cómodo todo!La terrazza guapísima y con el jacuzzi relax garantizado! El lugar muy silencioso que es lo que estábamos buscando! 😌y el dueño Matteo muy amable y siempre disponible por cualquier tipo de dudas!

Wonderful if you like apartment close to a beach city

Aspectos positivos: Very nice welcome from Matteo. The apartment is really beautiful and nicely equipped, everything you might need is available. Ask if you can rent a parking place in the building like we did, otherwise be ready to walk and carry your luggage a long way Now, it's a question of personal taste, porto Rico is full of (ugly) buildings and foreigners, nothing similar to what you can enjoy in the canarian mountains.

Aspectos negativos: Lots of different slow lift to get from the street to the apartment door

Aspectos positivos: Matteo is absolutely the perfect host. He treats you like a friend and he really goes beyond to exceed your expectations, the property is spotless clean, beds comfortable and he will provide you with everything you need. From beach towels to sun umbrella, to complimentary food, extra shower towels, everything you need to cook and even spices, salt and olive oil, honey sugar coffe etc.. it’s really hard to find an host like this. He was available 24h like a private service, he was happy also so send a list of recommendation and took time to answer in details to any request even beyond the booking.Absolutely recommended, we will be back. BTW it’s probably the cleanest flat I stayed on holidays.

Aspectos positivos: Everything exceeded our expectations. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, truly outstanding and thoughtfully prepared with everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The highlight was definitely the fantastic jacuzzi on the terrace – such a luxurious touch! The host was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. The location is excellent, with everything conveniently nearby, and the on-site swimming pool was a wonderful bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a bit of luxury.

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful apartment with awesome views , very modern and stylish , very clean , well furnished with all the amenities . Comfortable bed, quiet location , large balcony with outdoor dining sitting and lovey jacuzzi perfect for relaxing evenings

Aspectos positivos: Matteo is super helpful and friendly. He even managed to let us use a parking from a neighborhood that didn't have a car in that moment, otherwise on the street the were not that spots free within 10 minutes walk. The apartment is pretty much new and with anything you need inside. Thanks again we will definitely come back!

Aspectos negativos: The location of the apartment and the island itself is just made for tourists, with hundreds of new buildings everywhere and no local places. You can still find some very nice and quite spots but expect to see a lot of concrete around :)
