Aspectos positivos: Todo. Muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario para poder descansar y pasar un rato en su interior. El anfitrión muy atento en todo momento con varios detalles (decoración de Navidad, galletitas…)

Aspectos positivos: Un apartamento muy cómodo, limpio y bonito. Con bonitas vistas. Todo estaba perfecto y equipado con lo necesario y aparcamiento fácil. Nada malo que decir, muy seguro, tranquilo y recomendable 100%

Lovely little apartment for a short stay.
Aspectos positivos: Good location for Patalavaca and walking distance to Anfi and Arguiniguin. Bus stops and Spar supermarket also a short walk from the apartment. Nice little balcony with view of the sunset.
Aspectos negativos: The apartment was quite small but once we moved the balcony furniture out onto the balcony we had a little more space, we did have everything we needed. I could not see any air conditioning unit which was ok in February but I think it would be uncomfortably hot in the summer months.

Perfect holiday spot! Highly recommend!
Aspectos positivos: Our host Ivan was amazing! He took care of everything we needed and surprised us with basic groceries the night we arrived! We also had great communication and everything was smooth and easy. Apartment is very comfortable in perfect location. Close to the beach, shop, bus stop, restaurants. We definitely recommend it!!!

Aspectos positivos: We spent 10 wonderful days in the apartment in Patalavaca, and it was truly an unforgettable stay. The apartment is incredibly clean, with modern renovations and a well-equipped kitchen that has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the ocean from the balcony is simply breathtaking – every morning started with a stunning landscape. The host, Ivan, is very friendly and welcoming. He took care of every detail to ensure our stay on Gran Canaria was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend this place for a vacation. And be sure to rent a car – it’s the best way to explore all the natural beauty and hidden corners of the island. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely return.

Aspectos positivos: Аппартаменты находятся в уютном местечко, но наличие машины предпочитается, Поразило наличие большого количества посуды для приготовления, много кухонной техники: тостер, блендер, кофеварка, миксер... В наличии были специи, масло, моющие ср-ва и прочее. Также прилагались полотенца для бассейна. Очень порадовало приветствие в виде бутылочки вина и конфет, за что отдельное спасибо, это всегда кстати! Хочу выразить большую благодарность за тёплый приём и возможность выехать немного позже положенного времени.
Aspectos negativos: Не нашли кондиционер. Не можем знать есть ли он в наличии.

Aspectos positivos: L’appartamento è molto carino e arredato bene. La posizione è vicino alla spiaggia di Patalavaca raggiungibile a piedi. Sempre nelle vicinanze abbiamo ristoranti,pizzerie e supermercati. Il proprietario Ivan è una persona molto cordiale e ci ha accolto con un grandissimo sorriso facendoci un esauriente briefing sull’appartamento e località vicine raggiungibili di interesse. Molto soddisfatto di tutto che ha contribuito a una splendida vacanza.

Flott leilighet med basseng
Aspectos positivos: Ren og pen leilighet som hadde like rent og pent basseng område hvor det var god plass. Hyggelige naboer i et stille område. Kort vei til butikk, strand, restauranter og buss. Huseier hadde vært så omtenksom at han hadde kjøpt inn både mat og vin til oss, da vi ankom på sen kveld.
