Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was very clean with excellent service. The location was superb, you could be on the beach within 2 min lift / walk (I was on the 15th floor). The lady behind reception was AMAZING, so kind, caring and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: There’s nothing to criticise about the apartment however if you are arriving late (past 21:00) there is nowhere to purchase food/water, which after a long journey is not get but this is not the apartments fault.

We will be back.

Amazing apartment with fantastic view!

Aspectos positivos: A fantastic apartment that I would really recommend. Modern, great views and comfortable beds. Perfect area close to both Anfi and Arguineguin. Supermarket and good restaurants close by. Our host Stephan was quick to respond to questions and was a really good host. We have been to Gran Canaria about 20 times and this apartment is the nicest we have stayed in with an excellent location.

I would recommend if you look for a nice, tidy, spacious flat with beautiful ocean view.

Aspectos positivos: The bedroom and the living room (together with the kitchen) have a beautiful view to the ocean. The flat was spacious enough for the two of us. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious wardrobes. Very clean. Calm, noone was loud or disturbing us. The gentlemen at the reception were always supporting and kind.

Aspectos negativos: In the summer we would probably miss the aircon as it was not in the room.

Aspectos positivos: An der Unterkunft hat uns die gute Lage und die wunderbare Aussicht sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls gut. Außerdem überzeugten uns die Sicherheit der gesamten Anlage.

Aspectos negativos: Die Couch im im Wohnzimmer war doch schon etwas durchgesessen.

Aspectos positivos: L’appartement est neuf et très fonctionnel, La literie est très agréable, la résidence bien que grande est particulièrement calme et très propre. La vue sur l’océan est fantastique !

En stilfull og delikat leilighet med solrik veranda og nydelig havutsikt – også fra soverommet.

Aspectos positivos: Leiligheten lå i øverste etasje og bød på en helt nydelig panoramautsikt over havet. Et syn vi aldri ble lei av. Verandaen hadde sol nesten hele dagen, og det var deilig å kunne sitte ute og nyte både frokost og ettermiddagssol. Innredningen var stilig og elegant, med lyse farger som skapte en rolig og behagelig atmosfære. Alt var rent og delikat, og det var tydelig at verten legger vekt på detaljer – som for eksempel den hyggelige overraskelsen som ventet oss på stuebordet da vi kom: en flaske musserende vin som satte tonen for resten av oppholdet. Alt i alt var dette en flott og trivelig leilighet.

Aspectos positivos: Erg mooi complex op een super locatie en adembenemend uitzicht. Zeer goed uitgerust appartement.

Aspectos positivos: Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hatte gutes Wifi und fast alle deutschen Fernsehprogramme. Der Balkon hatte den ganzen Tag Sonne und eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht. Im Garten waren immer freie Liegen zu finden und Parkplätze vor dem Haus waren jederzeit verfügbar.

Aspectos negativos: Es fehlten uns lediglich Nachttischlampen, wenn man noch im Bett lesen wollte.
