Aspectos positivos: Todo en general pero las vistas desde el balcón eran un lujo

This is our second stay at this lovely resort. Perfect location and beautiful view from the balcony where you can watch
Aspectos positivos: The balcony view is spectacular! You can spend all day in the sun. Lots of bars and restaurants and a short walking distance to the lovely Anfi resort.
Aspectos negativos: Simple accommodation but has everything you need for the week.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was amazing. The apartament is located right above the beach, so it feels like you are all the time on it. Even when faling asleep you can listen to the wave sounds. Apartament is very well equipped. It has everything that is needed! Very well organized! The owners are easy to communicate with and very lovely people, they Really take care about the place and the guests in every detail! 😍
Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately we had found out a couple of ded coackroaches in the hall of the building and one alive was crossing through the apartament. This means that the whole building would probably need deratization, so hopefully this will be done soon. This is definitely not the fault of the owners as, there are Just a Perfect conditions for them to live and spread, but this has to be fixed!! Another thing is that the shower was clogging and the water was not going easily off, so showers are taken in a small pool.. Not nice. Please fix it also :) One last comment (might not be important for every person). Personally I really am super independent and distant person, and for me there was too many communication from the owner. I would expect Just to come, enjoy and go. But before going I had to provide a lot of details and answer many questions from owners (number of flight, hour, how we come etc), then I had do do some check in on different site then booking, when arrived it turned out that owners are not there to deliver the Keys, so she texted me a lot of details of how to get the Keys and get to the place (to be honest, this was really hardcore and it all was like mystery to solve from sherlock Holmes). Later i Got a lot of messages with questions if this is my first time on island so she wanted to provide recommendation or if I need anything else or in flat is anything missing etc I know this was all done because the owners are kind and taking care, but personally for me this was too big interference into my personal zone and vacation time. For those three things the total score 8 :)

Aspectos positivos: Proximité de la plage Endroit résidentiel Mise à disposition de serviettes et sièges de plage . Coucher de soleil du balcon
Aspectos negativos: Absence de climatisation. Il y a un ventilateur de plafond mais ce n’est pas suffisant.

Вид и пляжи впечатляют. Без кондиционера в жару не комфортно 😞
Aspectos positivos: Самое главное в этих апартаментах - это вид на океан, рядом два отличных пляжа (просто шикарных 😍) и большой балкон, где мы проводили большую часть времени. Хозяйка квартиры приветливая и милая женщина, которая всегда была на связи.
Aspectos negativos: Квартира очень маленькая, а душевая малюсенькая, даже с маленькими габаритами постоянно ударялся об стену 😜. В квартире присутствовал неприятный запах. Ночью было очень жарко, вентилятор не спасал, так как шум океана было очень слышно, приходилось дверь балкона закрывать. Мы отдыхали в середине октября, но днем было до +30, а ночью не ниже +22. Я бы посоветовал поставить кондиционер ! Еще пару советов: сменить старое постельное белье, сковородки не пригодны для готовки, кофемашина протекает.

Aspectos positivos: A legjobb helyen található a déli parton. Igaz Patalavaca nem túl nagy település, de kiváló kiindulópont a kirandulasokhoz. Fantasztikus a kilátás, csodás naplemente , közvetlen óceánpart, a ház alatt éttermek, kisbolt, a part kényelmesen, lifttel is elérhető 1 perc alatt. Az elhelyezkedése abszolut 10 pontos!!! A szállásadó kedves, könnyű volt vele felvenni a kapcsolat, mindenben készséges volt! Érkezéskor üveg bor, víz és egy tál eper volt bekészitve.
Aspectos negativos: Parkolóhely erősen korlátozott, szomszéd utcában viszont mindig van hely, ez ingyenes. Kb 5 perc séta. Az apartman kellemes, de elbírna egy felújítást. Két egyszemélyes ágy van összetolva, sajnos szétcsúszik.
