Bonita casa y calidad de detalles
Aspectos positivos: Impecable. Casa luminosa, con materiales de calidad (toallas, sábanas, cama) y todo tipo de detalles: jabón, esponja, Kit de fregado, cápsulas de café, especias, aceites, vinagre... Etc (aunque no lo usé), toalla de playa, sombrilla. 2 botellas de agua grandes, que se agradecen, y hasta una botella de vino y pastas. Ducha fantástica. Tiene bidé. Cama cómoda. Hubo un problema con la ducha que filtraba al piso de abajo, y pasaron a revisarlo. La azotea con tumbonas por la tarde está genial. Y la terraza para desayunar. SIN ruidos para descanso fácil. La estancia ha sido muy agradable. Aparcamiento fácil en la calle.
Aspectos negativos: La distancia al centro. Si vas andando, a la vuelta se hace muy pesada la cuesta arriba. Pero sólo lo hice una vez, por tener coche de alquiler, para viajar por la isla.

Enjoyable vacation in a beautifully arranged and tastefully decorated apartment
Aspectos positivos: We had a lovely winter vacation at Casa Mencey. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable with a lot of attention to the smallest details. We could find everything we needed for a month stay. The host is very attentive, friendly and efficient.

Aspectos positivos: Tout, l'aménagement, le confort, la propreté, les équipements, la situation, les attentions à l'arrivée ainsi ainsi que les trois terrasses. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour. A recommander sans aucune restriction.

Ausgezeichnete Lage aus Aussicht, schöne und umfangreiche Einrichtung, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin
Aspectos positivos: Sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit, gut zu erreichen und hat wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Wir konnten sogar vormittags einchecken. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen !

Prima appartement met heerlijk dakterras
Aspectos positivos: Mooi en schoon appartement met heerlijk dakterras. Prima keukenblok en goede badkamer. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op straat.
Aspectos negativos: Soms kun je de pech hebben dat iemand in de buurt zijn hond urenlang laat blaffen, vermoedelijk omdat het baasje niet thuis is.

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen auch für längere Aufenthalte.
Aspectos positivos: Schöne gepflegte Wohnung. Ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin (What´s App). Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (Waschmittel, Geschirrtücher, Strandtücher, Reserve Bettwäsche, ausreichend Küchenutensilien,…). Freundliche helle Wohnung, mit Meerblick nur auf der Dachterrasse. Ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze auf der Straße vor dem Haus. Aufgrund der Entfernung zum Ortszentrum empfehlen wir jedenfalls ein Auto.
Aspectos negativos: Leider nicht ganz ruhige Wohnung aufgrund der vorbeiführenden viel befahrenen Siedlungsstraße. Ab ca. 6 Uhr geht auch hier der Berufsverkehr los! Zudem sind in der Nachbarschaft einige dauerbellende Hunde. Etwas komisch fanden wir die Kamera im Wohnzimmer, die lt. Auskunft der Vermieterin teil einer Alarmanlage ist. Wir haben die Batterien entfernt! Leider keine Sitzgelegenheit mit Tisch auf der Dachterrasse - zwei Liegen sind vorhanden.
