Aspectos positivos: Everything about it was absolutely super ☺️ Apartment is clean and has everything you need (including dishwasher and washing machine and even robot vacuum cleaner which is super convenient). Around the house is closed area with private parking so it is very safe and no worries about finding a parking place. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice. Pool is warm and clean. The house is maintained very nicely. The view is spectacular!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is cozy, with an ocean view from balcony. It has everything you need for everyday life. The kitchen is well equipped . Convenient and safe parking place inside the residential complex. A supermarket is a five-minute walk away. All the best beaches of the island are nearby. Excellent communication with the owners, they respond quickly and always provide the necessary information. The residential complex has a swimming pool and jacuzzi with new sun loungers. It was a real pleasure to stay in this place.

Einfach nur großartig mit unbezahlbar schöner Aussicht.

Aspectos positivos: Das Appartement von Marina ist einfach ein Juwel im sonnigsten Teil der wundervollen Insel Gran Canaria. Wir haben 3,5 Wochen hier verbracht über Weihnachten und Silvester und sind restlos begeistert. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, äußerst zweckmäßig und dennoch sehr wohnlich, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen, der zur Wohnung gehörende feste, sichere Parkplatz rundete unsere Zufriedenheit ab, ebenso der gepflegte, sehr saubere und warme Pool für die Community im Erdgeschoss. Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen. Die Vermieterin war zu jeder Zeit für uns direkt vor Ort erreichbar, was wir ebenfalls als großen Vorteil betrachten und zu schätzen wissen. Vielen, vielen Dank für diesen fantastischen Urlaub.
