Aspectos positivos: Todo maravilloso. La ubicación del apartamento a un paso de la playa, restaurantes, supermercados, sitios de ocio.. Las instalaciones del complejo estaban muy cuidadas, tanto el jardín como la piscina. El apartamento es ideal, tiene todo lo necesario. No le falta un detalle. Tiene todo el menaje de cocina necesario, plancha, productos de limpieza, juegos para los niños, sombrillas para la playa.. La temperatura en el apartamento era ideal, la brisa refrescaba todas las habitaciones. La terraza es una maravilla con las vistas al mar. Y por último, pero no por ello menos importante, el trato amabilísimo de Álvaro, que nos ayudó en el check-in, en el checkout, con madrugón incluído y durante nuestra estancia con sugerencias de qué visitar y sitios donde comer por toda la isla. Hemos quedado encantados.

Aspectos positivos: Great position, incredible view of the sea, very comfortable apartment. Perfect for three or four people.
Aspectos negativos: Some neighbors were noisy but I guess not the apartment's fault.

Excellent in every way
Aspectos positivos: Everything ! The apartment is modern , beautifully designed and very well equiped with everything you need. The view from the balcony is stunning. It was clean and comfortable. Our host was lovely and very helpful. The location couldnt be better, a short walk into playa and a 15 min walk in to San Augustin. Behind only 5 min walk is the Irish centre and Kasbah centre with lots of shops , bars and resturants. We will definitly return.
Aspectos negativos: Nothing to be honest. I honestly cant think of anything.

Aspectos positivos: Lovely apartment with a fantastic view of the sea. Clean and nicely furnished and well equipped.
Aspectos negativos: Only has access from the road via steep steps, no ramp access. The twin room was a bit small. Nothing the owner could do about this, but the people on the balcony to right, which was quite close to our balcony, smoked. So you occasionally had the smell of cigarettes when sitting in the balcony.

Fab little place overlooking the sea
Aspectos positivos: Loved the location and the balcony view of the sea. Good powerful shower and comfy beds. Also, a bonus to have washing up liquid and extra loo rolls, as many apartments don't even bother with that. Hand towel and bath towel for each person, and the 2nd room was split into a twin for our group on request. The lovely young lady also helped at check in with our luggage! Great service and communication. Well equipped kitchen for those that self cater too. Owners were kind enough to organise a taxi for one of our group who had to leave early. Excellent all round and definitely recommended!.
Aspectos negativos: There was nothing I didn't like apart from a bit of rain and wind, but that's not the fault of the apartment!

Aspectos positivos: Ligging perfect aan de boulevard! Vanaf het balkon uitzicht op zee. En dichtbij restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden, strand voor de deur. Compleet appartement zelfs met wasmachine.
Aspectos negativos: 2 persoonsbed erg kleinl voor 2 personen.

Aspectos positivos: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Maspalomas e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! La splendida veranda affacciata direttamente sulla spiaggia è un vero punto di forza: svegliarsi con quella vista è impagabile. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i servizi necessari, molto confortevole e curato nei dettagli, perfetto per una vacanza all’insegna del relax. Ringrazio Sara per l’accoglienza e l’ospitalità: ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda, ben posizionata e con una vista mozzafiato. Se dovessimo tornare a Gran Canaria, sicuramente sceglieremmo di nuovo questo posto!
Aspectos negativos: L'acqua della piscina fredda, ma è solo una considerazione soggettiva.
