Yumbo - Apartment

Excellent experience

Aspectos positivos: Everything was literally perfect, if I could give an 11 as a mark, I would. The apartment is located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, one minute from Yumbo Centrum and five minutes walk from the most famous beach on the island. Supermarkets, restaurants, like… everything is close. You have two spacious bedrooms, a living-room, a kitchen and an amazing terrace with pool and sunrise view in the morning. Plus, you’ve got private parking to avoid stress with your car. Most importantly, the hosts are the best: Abel was super kind and texted me every now and then to make sure my stay was okay. Claudio welcomed me on the first night and gave me all the possible recommendations about the island. This is is the place to stay at when in Gran Canaria, I already miss it.

Aspectos negativos: Absolutely nothing

Aspectos positivos: Excellent accommodation, absolutely everything you need, comfortable beds . Oven , hob microwave, oven. Large fridge freezer. Iron and ironing board. Great for beach , shopping, night life. I've been visiting gran canaria for 27 years and this tops everything. Very happy with everything. Pool area really quiet.

Aspectos negativos: Could do with a lick of paint and new curtains. And that's it. I loved this apartment.

Aspectos positivos: Rien ne manque. Everything is allright. Proche du Yumbo 100m. Big swimming pool, air conditioning, 2 big rooms wirh curtains maintening night in the rooms. Nice kitchen Bathroom wirh shower and washing machine. Fast internet.

Aspectos positivos: Customer care just perfect and very kind! Very nice apartment. Location ideal - Yumbo 3 min. walk, beach 10 min walk. Bus stop just around the corner. The building is also nice, big pool area, safe and quiet. Good wifi. We were allowed to check out later so it was a big plus on our last day! Thanks for everything, would definitely come back again and recommend to others :)

Aspectos negativos: The neighbour upstairs is rolling furniture or whatever all day long. :)))

Aspectos positivos: amabilité et serviabilité du propriétaire, cordialité et efficacité du gestionnaire sur place(Umberto !!), wifi top, surface idéale de l’appartement, excellents équipements(lave linge )de plus très fonctionnels. Emplacement proche de tout. Balcon et piscine très agréables et place de parking dans la résidence très appréciable. Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour proposer un séjour vraiment agréable. Aspectos positivos: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Zur Anlage gehört ein großer Pool, nicht beheizt aber schön zum Schwimmen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und sehr freundlich.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastisk fin 3 roms leilighet med sentral beliggenhet .Her er det godt bo når vi er på ferie i Playa del ingles. Leiligheten har alt du trenger med godt utstyrt kjøkken. 2 Flotte soverom av god størrelse Aircondition og vaskemaskin er i Leiligheten så her virkelig godt og bo på ferie. Utleier er en utrolig service innstilt person. Han er helt fantastisk . Tusen takk for oss. Vi kommer garantert tilbake. Hilsen Veldig fornøyde gjester-)

Aspectos positivos: To wspaniały apartament położony w idealnej lokalizacji przy Yumbo. Abel to wspaniały gospodarz który cały czas dbał o wszystko i dopytywał czy pobyt jest udany. Zapewnił nam dodatkowe klucze i kartę od parkingu. Wspaniały Claudio który nas przywitał z kluczami mówił również po polsku co było bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem. Apartament posiada wszystko czego potrzebujesz . Jest pralka ,żelazko 4 palnikowa kuchnia ceramiczna, duża lodówka . W salonie TV i szybki internet gdzie mogliśmy oglądać swojego Netflixa. A balkon z markizą gdzie możesz osłonić się od słońca i wiatru to już coś cudownego. Duży basen i miejsca z leżakami których nie brakowało.Jeżeli ktoś szuka udanego kameralnego pobytu to z całego serca polecam to miejsce oraz tych wspaniałych ludzi którzy się nim zajmują. Będziemy tam zawsze wracać .
