Nice 2 bedroom close to the beach in Maspalomas

Aspectos positivos: la comodidad del sofa, de las camas, terraza , apartamento bien equipado, vistas, etc.. y la atención inmediata de cualquier problema existente. La piscina muy bien conservada y tranquila.

Aspectos negativos: en habitación de dos camas entraba bastante luz, no tenia aire acondicionado, pero el aire acondicionado estaba en habitacion con cama doble y en salón, por lo que si dejabas puerta abierta tambien refrescaba.

Amazing / spacious and nice and cool

Aspectos positivos: Loved everything about the place. So much space. I believed the place looked 10 times better than the pictures.

Aspectos negativos: The only downside was the mattress were not the comfiest. Considering 5 people can stay there there needs to be blinds or curtains in the living room as one of my mates decided to sleep on the sofa to have more space

Overall, we highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Aspectos positivos: We had a great stay! The apartment was excellent, clean, well equipped, and in a perfect location. Communication with Marco, who welcomed us and gave us the keys, was smooth and very friendly.

Aspectos negativos: The only small issue we experienced was with the electricity, when using the dishwasher and cooktop at the same time, the power would occasionally cut out. That said, the host is aware of the problem and is already working with the electricity provider to fix it, so it should be resolved soon.

Aspectos positivos: Very good contact and flexibility of the staff. Size of the apartment/rooms. Very good location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops. Kitchen was really heavily equipped. Availability of dishwasher and washing machine. Two separate air conditioners.

Aspectos negativos: It would be really great to give at least few tabs for the dishwasher - otherwise each time it's necessary to buy a big bag with 20-30 tabs for just few days. Either there is no possiblity to set the temperature for the shower or it was so non-intuitive that we were not able to set it. It was just possible to turn on the water and sometimes it wasn't warm enough.

Great location excellent apartment!

Aspectos positivos: Great location very close to the beach and restaurants! Clean secure and comfortable, very well equipped with all facilities one needs in an apartment! Has its own washing machine and dishwasher! Spacious balcony with table and loungers and a clothes airer!

Aspectos negativos: Although the property is secure including a security gate entrance safe in the apartment is common these days and gives piece of mind apart from that nothing really

Aspectos positivos: The apartment itself was just awesome, the location is great just a few steps to the beach (careful there are stairs you need to climb going to and from the beach), but the look over the beach and the dunes is already stunning and there are two supermarkets nearby as well.

A Remodeled Apartment in a Perfect Location

Aspectos positivos: This is a recently renovated place with a modern kitchen and so many kitchen appliances. It was easy to prepare breakfast and snacks. The bathroom is also very spacious. I liked the balcony area which is connected to both the living room and one of the bedrooms. The windows blinds also function very well in blocking light. The location is excellent, well-connected to the beach area, multiple supermarkets, a bus stop, and many different restaurants, including those in the Yumbo Center.

Aspectos negativos: I cannot think of anything major. I would say that we had a bit of a problem with hot water at first, but using the boost option on the boiler made sure that we had hot water for two consecutive showers.

Super Aufenthalt

Aspectos positivos: Kommunikation war super. Es hat alles tadellos geklappt. Marco war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder. Lage und Ausstattung spitze. Eigene Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Den Pool hatten wir nicht genutzt, da der Strand doch angenehmer ist.

Aspectos negativos: Fernseher hat nur Antenne, also spanischen Empfang. Geht aber über Internet, dort kann man streamen. War aber auch nicht wichtig.
