Fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean and centrally located for beach and shopping centres.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was spotless, well equipped kitchen, great to have all the little extras such as shampoo, shower gel, cleaning products etc. The location of the apartment was fantastic, central for everything, couldn’t have asked for anything better. The host was friendly and welcoming.

Lovely apartment, helpful host, maybe not for Brits

Aspectos positivos: Apartment was lovely (Dunas)well equipped, comfortable to stay in.

Aspectos negativos: It was advertised as beach front which it wasn’t, the entrance was facing waste land where homeless people were pitching tents, it made us feel uncomfortable, particularly in the evening. The apartment was in an old complex called Copacabana who’s was misleading and our driver couldn’t find it until the owner came to the taxi. We also felt uncomfortable round the pool area, it was mainly German people who were staying at the apartments for a long period, they didn’t seem happy that we took sunbeds.

Great value for money.

Aspectos positivos: Very nice flat, clean and with all the necessary equipment in kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Very quiet. 2 big TV screens in living room and bedroom. Great wifi. The owner always available and ready to help. 10mn walk to the Playa del Ingles beach. Easy parking in the street.

Aspectos negativos: There is no view of the sea, but I guess the price would be higher then.

Das Appartement ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.

Aspectos positivos: Das Appartent ist neu oder renoviert worden, es ist sehr gepflegt. In der Küche hat es eine Kaffeemaschine und selbst der Kaffee wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Des Weiteren befinden sich Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank. Der Strand und die verschiendenen Shoppingcenter sind auch in der Nähe. Strandtücher und ein kleiner Sonnenschirm ist auch vorhanden. Schlussendlich hat es noch eine Waschmaschine, welche ich aufgrund der kurzen Aufenthaltsdauer nicht benutzt habe.

Aspectos negativos: Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten.

Aspectos positivos: Sehr schöne Wohnung, keine 100 Meter bis zur Strandpromenade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Und die Bushaltestelle der vielen blauen Globalbusse der Insel war auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Chris hat wunderbar geklappt, danke. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
