Front YUMBO 2Bedrooms BAYUCA Apartment

Next door to the Yumbo, great property. Will certainly be back again.

Aspectos positivos: Right on top of the Yumbo Centre so if you are there for the shopping or a little bit more later in the evening you are totally covered. Apartment is in great condition and the host responded promptly to me even though I had landed earlier than expected.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing to be honest. Everything met my expectations and the property was great value for the location you are staying at, especially as it was in the middle of Carnival (which is a lot of fun!). Will certainly be back.

Aspectos positivos: We were met with a lady and handed the keys. She took us to the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. Great having a coffee machine. Everything was right on the door step.

Aspectos negativos: Everything was perfect for us. There was nothing we did like. We will defiantly be booking again.

Aspectos positivos: the apartment was very cozy, comfortable and clean. All nececcary things were avaible in the apartment. Great patio pool. The shops were in the neighboring building. All our wishes were taken into account, we were very satisfied.

Aspectos negativos: Nier was in the night some hours laud music. ( if its not good, other bedroom is quiet more)

Beautiful apartment in great location

Aspectos positivos: It was clean and had all the amenities you need for the vacation. All communications with host were good and responsive. Location is also perfect next to Yumbo. I would book it again for the next time.

Aspectos positivos: Location to Yumbo Centre Central for a lot of the amenities 2 Bedrooms, washing machine, shower was good and the apartment was very well equipped with everything you need. Nice welcome pack and great welcome and communication with Giai. She was an excellent host! Thankful for the elevators!

Aspectos negativos: Albeit the apartment had been clean, bathroom and kitchen, lounge area and balcony and bedrooms all had been dusted and swept out the tiled floor was filthy, after walking around in socks and bare feet all our feet were black from the floor. We assumed it had not been mopped for sometime. We had the need to contact the host on two requirements and both times there was instant comeback with very swift actions, first the second fan came apart and needed a special torque driver to put it back together, Giai had it replaced immediately. Thank you! The second issue was there was a toilet blockage and again Giai immediately had a staff member or colleague come around, this time we found the lady that was sent around very rude, accusing, pointing fingers in a threatening manner whilst wholeheartedly blaming us for the blockage and telling us we must pay for a plumber, she said there was no work being done in the block when I had a video of drilling in the basement by the soil pipe. We never said that was the problem but asked if it could be checked out. Her solution was to say she had spoken to a neighbour and the block supervisor and presented us with a short handled plunger. Told us it was our problem! I did make contact with Giai and complained about her representatives attitude and accusations during her attendance. The swimming pool is in need of some repairs with a lot of the mosaic tiles missing, especially in the children’s pool area, that is a shame as the pool was very nice and the water was kept clean and maintained.

Appartamento bellissimo e accessoriato

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento bellissimo. Sono tornato di nuovo perché qui mi trovo proprio bene, ormai vado sul sicuro. Sono stato anche in altri appartamenti dello stesso edificio, ma questo secondo me è il migliore in assoluto. La finestra della camera ha il doppio vetro, quindi non si sente praticamente nessun rumore. Super accessoriato, c’è tutto quello che serve .Gaia è stata gentilissima. Come sempre una garanzia. sicuramente tornerò.

Aspectos positivos: Ottimo appartamento per trascorrere una vacanza a Maspalomas. Posizione strategica in quanto è vicinissimo allo Yumbo Centrum dove ci sono molti negozi, ristoranti e clubs. Anche il mare è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi o in taxi. La ragazza che ci ha accolto (Gaia) è stata molto gentile e disponibile, visto che siamo arrivati in tarda serata. Altre note di merito sono la pulizia, i molti accessori presenti nell’appartamento e la piscina condominiale. Da ripetere.

Aspectos positivos: La posizione praticamente sul Yumbo è vicina a qualsiasi servizio, farmacia,supermercato,bus taxi

Aspectos negativos: Non la consiglio a chi preferisce stare la sera a casa perché sentirete la musica del yumbo tutta la notte

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit top Lage

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage und die Grösse der Wohnung waren ideal. Sehr gute Bette ob im Hauptzimmer oder im Gästezimmer

Aspectos negativos: Die Fenster sind sehr schlecht, die Isolation ob zum Yumbo oder Strassenseite ist ungenügend.

Aspectos positivos: La location è perfetta, strategica per le serate al Yumbo Center, La host è stata super gentile e carina ed è stata disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Raccomandata sotto tutti i punti di vista! complimenti

Aspectos negativos: A disposizione c'erano alcune capsule per il caffè (quasi tutte decaffeinate), ma a pochi metri c'è un supermercato e abbiamo potuto comprare tutto il necessario per la colazione. Manca la lavastoviglie in cucina e il bidet in bagno, ma non è un difetto, solo una constatazione. La dotazione di pentole e accessori in cucina è minima (ma sufficiente)
